How U-Haul Reviews WorkDaniel, the employee at the storage facility, was great. It was in no way his fault that U-Haul added both a dolly and furniture pads when I did not ask for them - he even made sure to call U-Haul to ensure I was not charged for them. He also updated the mileage when I returned the vehicle so I paid less than the quote, which was great. The vehicle condition was not great, there were several warning indicators on the dashboard when I started it up: the Window Washer Fluid Low indicator did not bother me that much, even though it was raining, but I had to put air in the tires myself, at my own expense, because the air pressure was low enough to set off warning lights in the vehicle. I generally expect better from U-Haul but has been a few years since I rented from them.
Phil CTried to check in using the app - froze and was not responsive despite having strong cell signal. Had this been after hours it would have been a real problem.
Nicholas FGreat service and easy to do. The only thing I was missing was my Dollie’s, but they were reasonably priced, so I’m not stressing over the $14 I spent for 2 of them. But otherwise, my driver was able to pickup the truck and take it back with no problems. Thank you.
Juan ZIt was an easy drop off. There was no personnel there but the instructions to drop it off were easy. I feel like we filled to the same amount but were still charged $10 for gas.
