Only problem I experienced was that the system picked a different drop off location than I had chosen. Although it was corrected at the Woodland Hills pickup location, the drop off location I chose on Arden Way still showed the wrong drop off location. However, it was just a slight glitch that was easily corrected by the manager at the Arden Way drop off location.Dora Lee J.

Even though only one person was on duty at the storage facility that was also a U-Haul rental, she worked quickly and efficiently and I did not have to wait more than 10 minutes before she attended me, and I had my keys in hand and my rental agreement all set in about five minutes. I had a 9:30 reservation. I received a call the day before to confirm time. When I arrived, no vans were available. I was told look out in the parking lot. No vans are available. The gentleman handeling my rental was very nice. The truck looked like it just came off a construction site. Very dirty inside and outside. I have rented from other locations in the area and all The trucks were in different degrees of dirty to very dirty. Hadn't seen a wash in years! The person on the Oxnard address was fine, but what we have to go through after our long day of driving and driving from one location to another is not acceptable. Again "Joe" the manager should receive some customer service training at 1-800-468-4285. With his attitude and negative customer service, he is taking customers and money away from the company. What you can do? No matter what it takes, when is a customer requesting your service at a certain location? you should deliver the service at the place and time as requested. Moving is stressful as it is. Shame on your Company and peoples who stating "managers" and ruin your reputation.peter K.

Van was filthy inside and out, I rent from you guys all the time and it's the same old story, I have to spend a good hour of my time CLEANING the windshield of bugs and in inside of DUST, who ever is responsible for this maintenance should be re-taught how to service the cargo van so repeat customers like me aren't once again... disappointed!
