CHRISTIAN LThe truck was filthy. Looks like it hadnt been washed in months. The driver's side view mirror was loose and the vibrations of driving kept causing it to go out of adjustment.
Alan LThe initial staff member who I checked in was not a pleasant experience he was slow and prolonged the process with minimal effort. The rental van I was assigned was missing the dolly I pre-rented, the interior cab of the van had dusty seats and the carpet was coated in a layer of animal fur. The staff member who helped me when I returned was nice.
