The van i rented had a leak in the gas tank that was not disclosed to me. The employee that rented the van to me knew there was a leak and then charged me for the gas that leaked. The location i used needs to have some type of action taken against them by U-Haul

the staff at the front desk was very professional and cordial so I had a positive experience checking in for the truck, however she mentioned the trucks had no gas as people steal it. I pulled off the lot and had to go straight to the gas station as I didn't want to get stuck on the side of the road. Not sure why the property doesn't invest in security personnel to monitor transients given how ghetto LA can be. I'm not sure where the disconnect is but best to bring it up.

PAVEL FThe right side view mirror was missing making it necessary to have a second person in the cab and there were no other same sized trucks that were working or so they said. I understand it was the day before Christmas Eve but if you're going to be open and say that you have a truck available, it should be fully functioning. Customer service was abysmal I non existent. We had to have the truck so no choice!
