You have to, do rental in person you cannot use the phone even though it gives you the option to use the phone you can't mobile, it is a convenience store so, if the convenience store is shorthanded it will take a long time for you to get a vehicle when I went in to pick up my truck there was two people ahead of me that had been waiting there for a half hour apparently and they had ordered online also then when is my turn every time he went to touch the computer he had to stop help the guy to register and then continue stop help the guy at the register continue the whole process took over 45 minutes other than that it is a local U-Haul for what I needed it for

He was rude, lied about the gas meter, didnt tell me all my details about my purchase, lied about the gas meter, and I found a beer in the vehicle. Which let me know they dont clean the vehicle. Vehicle was dirty.
Shamika CI did not inspect the cargo area because I never would have imagine that I’d find that the van cargo area REEKED of urine. Multiple large urine spots were under the cargo mat. We spent several hours mopping and scrubbing the unit to remove the biohazard. Absolutely disgusting. I was furious but had no time to do anything other than clean it and use it. Absolutely AWFUL.
Chris BI was sent to a second location because they were unable to complete my reservation and was told I would receive a $50 due to the not guaranteeing my reservation… that did not happen. Then the vehicle was so gross, had not been cleaned in who knows how long, there were mosquitoes flying all in the front. They also didn’t have the equipment I had reserved either. The vehicle was awful, misaligned, brakes need to be replaced, no one should have to drive this death trap! Completely dissatisfied with this experience. I will never use U haul again
