Every aspect of my uhaul experience was amazing. I've never rented a uhual before and I was so nervous. Someone spent 10 minutes on the phone with me before i ordered helping me know what to order and blue beat to be prepared. Then, I had a family emergency and I called the store sobbing 30 mins before pick up expecting I would be heavily penalized for canceling. Instead, the customer service rep was very kind and patient, she offered to reschedule me at no charge. When I got the car I was late picking up and late dropping off... the store was very helpful. They worked with me to adjust to my unexpected delays. I really can't say enough good things about every single employee I interacted with. I wish I knew all of their names. This store truly has a personal touch and goes above and beyond.

Super easy drop off. We ran into a lot of traffic on our one way rental and this location was able to accommodate our need for a few more hours, and explained all charges associated with the change so we could make an informed decision. Absolutely great experience!

The price I was given over the phone didn't match the price when picking up the equipment. There also was the adapter I was told I had to purchase because the pick up wasn't equipped with it beforehand. That to me doesn't make sense when they had another truck equipped with the adapter already.

The General Manager behavior was unprofessional the entire time. From saying "what's up" as a greeting, to putting lip balm for over a minute as she was not engaging, to chewing gum with her mouth open and checking her cell phone, to rolling her eyes....all of that as I was waiting to pick up the rental. She looked annoyed to be there and treated me and the customer before me the same way.

You should fire the girl who took care of us and gave us complete poor service and a terrible experience. She did not review any contract information and had her AirPods in the entire time.

When we got there, our truck was not parked where it was supposed to be, so we couldn't find it. A man had to find it for us, and we waited about 15 minutes. Also, when we checked the truck, we did not have the other materials I had reserved. I got my furniture pads, but they gave me a utility dolly when I had asked for an appliance dolly and a furniture dolly. The man was super nice and gave me the correct materials, so I would recommend this location just because he was very nice to us. But they were not prepared for our reservation.

These are not the right questions. I made the reservation on line but the time to pick up the truck was changed by u-haul without telling me. When I went there to get the truck they didn't have one. So I had to take a smaller one which caused me to make two trips instead of one so the mileage doubled. Their customer service is terrible and the attitude is too bad for you, nothing we can do. I would not recommend u-haul to anyone I liked.

The staff was unaware that we returned the trailer and called us the next day at noon and she insisted we didn't return it and wasn't nice about it. Thats unacceptable and comes off as disorganized. Besides that nonsense Picking up the trailer and working with the inside staff was a smooth experience.

Worst Worst worst experience. Got a call at 7:00pm the night before telling me that I can pick up my renal at 11:30am. Tried calling back and was on hold for hours once I talked to someone they got me a call 12:30 spot but didn't have a 10foot van. I took it. The next day I showed up to pick up my van and they had no van and was nothing but rude to me. Over an hour later I got a van. In my move i had to pay double my movers for 2 half hours longer and take to Uber extras because I didn't have enough to fit in my 9foot van because they switch my 10foot. Absolutely will never use this company again.

I have rented from you dozens of times in the last 6 months and overall I will say that the experience is terrible. The app rarely work, which 9/10 times requires me to then wait on line for who knows how long. The list of things the app (or webpage) does not do when needed is so long I won't be bothered. Does it matter? Of course not. Uhaul is basically a monopoly. I monopoly on frustrating this and no doubt many other customers.

I always rent U- haul from the Woodside Brooklyn Queens Expy Bt this time I didn't like the way they did.There was lots of change after finished making reservation. I reserved truck and next day I get a call saying they don't have truck. Ok they replaced me with van. Again at Last minute they call me and says the timing as Change because they don't have van. So from my point of view there is no reason to received early If its like that. Right make sense. If this thing could be changed for next customer. I like everything about that u-hula. Thank you.

This rental was a mess. We were given a truck with no gas and a recently epoxied (but not dried) floor. We didn't realize the floor issue until after we were loading our furniture in, and it damaged several pieces. We had a one-way rental, but Woodside called two days before to tell us we'd have to return the truck to their location. They weren't offering anything to pay for the tolls or inconvenience until I requested it, and I don't think my husband ever received that money. Workers in the office were pretty rude, but the guys outside are nice, and were upset we had been given that truck. They realized the damage it caused our things, and it also created more work for them.
