It took me 1 hour and 15 minutes to check out the truck on self service. Thank God there was an employee working to assist me a little. The Self check out should be simple, to complicated and long. Awful experience.

My experience was very unsatisfactory, and unless I were offered a coupon or partial refund I don't think I would consider doing business with your company again. I reserved a 20 foot truck for an important event, two weeks in advance of the event. I received an email the day before my scheduled pickup that confirmed my reservation. And yet when I arrived that day, the truck I reserved was not available. And neither was a 17 foot truck, or a 15 foot truck. So I was rented out a 10 foot truck that was too small for my needs. I tried to use this truck for the important event but it was too small and I had to return it the same day, and luckily by that point a 20 foot truck had shown up, which I rented. And yet I was only given a $50 PARTIAL return of the first rental, even though it was YOUR company that disadvantaged me and did not honor the reservation that I made with you. I ended up paying more than my first reservation, with the added bonus of wasting time driving around all day simply trying to get the equipment that I reserved in the first place. I would like AT LEAST an immediate refund of the first charge, which came out to $44.59. And then I would consider using your service again.

I received a text 11 hours before my reservation changing my location and size of the truck. I was transferred to about 2-3 different people and nobody was able to answer why it was changed so late and how they can fix the problem. I had to downgrade to a 10' truck from 15' (they tried to give me a 17' truck) and so I had to make 2 trips which made my move really frustrating. When I went to pick up the truck, my card was swiped at least 10 times because the machine kept messing up so it took 15-20 min to pick up the truck. Overall this was not a pleasant experience.

I was charged for traveling 578 miles when I only went 7. I took a photo of the odometer upon returning the truck, besides I only had it for less than 10 hours. The store manager was rude when it came to returning the money.

Everyone was very polite & helpful. The entire experience was top rate. My only comment was that the truck provided for me was in need of wiper blades replacement. Would definitely recommend your location to a friend and would also use your facility in the future.

Excellent service provided by customer rep (Weylan Harding) and manager (Luree McKenzie-Griffin). While picking up the 17' truck early in the morning, Weylan and Luree were very friendly, professional and full of positive energy. They made sure to explain everything in detail while dealing with a temporary system terminal failure. The drop off process was even easier, as Weylan made sure that everything was satisfactory and issued the final receipt a few minutes later. Thank you both! Will definitely be back next time I need a rental truck or storage space.

I opted for self pick up and the location couldn’t find my keys. Thankfully they were still open even though the website said they closed at 7 (m‘y pick up time) and the keys should have been in a lock box.

NOT the drop off location I had selected and had been printed on my contract the day before. Tried to return to the agreed location and was refused. Had to drive in traffic to new location, re-fill with gas again. New location was far away from subway, had to spend another $25 on an Uber get to work and was late. Texting customers new and worse dropoff locations while they're already in the middle of a stressful move is ridiculous.

Since the beginning the assistant were playing with the other employees and they kind of ignored me... later they show me the car with the wrong fuel amount( I took pictures) ... and at the end the overcharged me and I call to complain all they could told me about it it’s will call you later... and it’s not about the money cozz it’s not much but I can’t trust anymore ... not good and it’s sad cozz the location it’s big and can do much better

When I first made the reservation at Jackson heights successfully, later on I was told I have no choice but to pick up at woodside. I did express checkin the night before. At the time I got the woodside, I had to do everything all over again TWICE because of system breaking down. And during the entire progress, the workers were either eating instead of trying to solve my problems, or just yarning and moving very slowly not doing their work! So unprofessional.
