Asked the personnel at desk to double check fuel level after initial inspection review. Person who initially checked van marked gas as below required fuel level needed at drop off, however we were above required level. Personnel at front desk double checked for us.

This review has nothing to do with the location, but with the pricing implantation uhaul has. It truly was a shock when my total came out to almost $60 for an hour and a half rental of a small van. I can promise you if I find anyone, and I mean anyone, with a cheaper rate I will go with them. It amazes me how you can advertise $19.95 for a rental of a pick-up/small van, and after only 20 miles of driving drives the price up to $60? What kind of scam is this? Not to mention when I received the truck it was a little less then 3/4 full, and when I returned it it was nearing the 5/8 mark, and I was charged $9 for fuel? $9 bucks? For not even a 1/8 of a tank difference. The difference was so miniscule that I said I would be losing money by putting a gallon of gas in the tank. Little did I know, if you can get taken advantage of, Uhaul will find a way. I'm disgusted and will not, ever, use Uhaul again.

Stop asking for approximate mileage. If a customer let's the rep know the destination address and the rep has no way of estimating the mileage, then don't ask. especially if it's a corporate account. I was also told if I needed the van for 4 hours and I did not return the van within that time frame I should call in and ask for an extension or i'd be billed for an extra day. I always thought that all rentals are for 24 hours.

I drove for an hour and a half to 3 different locations, the first GIVEN to me on my rental paperwork? Then I was charged for extra mileage. Unacceptable

I rented the truck it had a little bit less than a quarter of a tank of gas and when I came back it had the same amount the gas and the guy wanted me to give him money for gas that's the first problem the second problem was the truck was just as dirty as the way you gave it to me and I returned it and the guy made me clean the truck out I will never come to your company again never never never

If your agreement says that you could charge additional fees I don't understand why I was asked where I was taking the dolly. Also while employee was assisting me she kept answering questions from the customer next to me. Even though customer was being helped already.

Upselling for a padlock is an annoyance but understandable. However the first one I purchased was the wrong size despite being labeled that it would fit. The staff handled it well.

what can you do to improve across all sectors? hmmmmm that's a hard question. 1. Employees don't know how to explain a contract; 2. Employees don't check you in as they are supposed to; 3. Employees lie about the location/condition of the vehicle after return... poor to the worst experience of my life. At the least. Never again.
