Convenient location, clean facility. But my vehicles are parked next to a big fence. Impossible to take app photos of that side of the vehicle as part of check in. Vehicle was clean and ready to go.

The staff was friendly and helpful...
IRVIN WI was overcharged for mileage. I drove 9.5 - 10 miles from pick up to drop off 4.5 hours later. They did not check vehicle in until shortly after I left and immediately charged me for 43 miles.
