The truck was very clean and ran smoothly. Both picking up the truck and dropping it off took less than five minutes, and the folks that work there were very friendly
Michael SVery expensive to rent from compared to other U-Haul places. I spent 3 times what I paid a year ago. We had to wait for office to open at 9:00 because the app wouldn't work properly so that made us late to our destination. That being said, the truck was very clean and the staff at the rental office were very kind and helpful.
