Paul GFirst off, I reserved a 10' truck but was given a 15' truck which was major overkill for my needs and also got 9.6 mpg on the trip which cost me extra for gas. If you aren't gong to deliver the requested sized truck, tell me so when I make my reservation. Secondly, Wooster was not my pick-up place on my reservation. That was Shreve almost 20 miles away. When the U-Haul rep spoke with me on Thursday he made no mention that he was in Wooster so I wasted time going to Shreve to pick up my non-existent truck.
