Clean up trucks a bit better. Mine had mud on the outside and needed swept or blown out inside. Truck was properly stocked with the moving supplies I ordered and check in and check out with the app was great. Key lock box could use some updating; had to work with it awhile to get it to open.

They looked like I was an inconvenience when I entered the building. I was given an invoice dated early October, not the present date. They did not inform me when the truck was due to be returned despite$ my telling them my plans for moving my newly deceased Mother’s belongings. No one bothered to explain the truck controls. Then I was charged $75 when I turned in the truck in Athens. I am stressed enough and did not need this experience. I will never use this location in Wooster again, and will advise others to avoid it.
