Our truck was not functioning well and our move was delayed because of it and we had trouble with the app checking it out. We have used the service before with good results, but this truck was not well maintained

It is frustrating to make a reservation and then not receive what was requested. We got a larger truck than we needed making it difficult to load and drive safely.
CRAIG FClean up trucks a bit better. Mine had mud on the outside and needed swept or blown out inside. Truck was properly stocked with the moving supplies I ordered and check in and check out with the app was great. Key lock box could use some updating; had to work with it awhile to get it to open.
Richard BThey looked like I was an inconvenience when I entered the building. I was given an invoice dated early October, not the present date. They did not inform me when the truck was due to be returned despite$ my telling them my plans for moving my newly deceased Mother’s belongings. No one bothered to explain the truck controls. Then I was charged $75 when I turned in the truck in Athens. I am stressed enough and did not need this experience. I will never use this location in Wooster again, and will advise others to avoid it.
