When I got to my truck there was homeless drunk sleeping in the cab, I had to take the responsibility of escorting out of the truck and kindly getting away from me and there was unreported damage to the vehicle which I had to worry about if I would be responsible for. I was renting the truck after hours to rescue a woman who had been beaten and needed to get the hell out that moment so all these added things made it far more stressful. the alignment of the truck and alignment was not right, I had to wonder the whole time if the idler/pitman arm was okay and the exhaust sounded like it had been ripped of somewhere toward the middle of the axel. It was horrible

Daniel GDrop off was a huge pain. After my experiences with this rental, I’m not sure that I will rent from UHaul again anytime soon.
