It was a complete shit show
brad kPeople at this location easy to work with. They will try to help anyway they can. We were unable to get our truck at peppers fairy road in Wytheville Va due to something that could not do with uhaul. We were told to go to mail box store. They were closed. I called hauling as I had movers coming in the morning, haul got ahold of mail box store and they were kind enough to come in on this holiday to get us a truck. Now that in my book is going an extra mile to help your neighbor. Much thanks and appreciation to this store. You need uhaul in Wytheville Va use this location please. The people are kind and friendly. Thank you to young man that helped us .
tom qVery unhappy with the drop off procedure and the link you provide to return the vehicle is faulty. It does not upload the proper pictures and says its charging me for gas when the tank is FULL.
