Deborah FTrain the person to be more helpful. Do more training with the personnel at the Sioux Falls 11th St location. I talked to 4 different personnel at different times and was told conflicting things by everyone. I did get great help from a couple of different people I talked to when I rang the U-Haul headquarters. If it wasn’t for them, my experience would have been a total disaster. Not sure I would use U-Haul again.
LA VMichael was super flexible and accommodating with the hours I needed to come and grab the trailer!
