App didn't work for checking in. Had to get someone on the phone to check us in. Locks to get the key out do not work good. Took 20 minutes of playing with it to finally get it opened.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkCouldn't even drop the truck off at the location I drove to so I had to drive all the way back. Definitely overcharged compared to the last truck I got just a couple months ago and drove the same distance. Makes zero sense. Couldn't even reach anybody to figure out how to fix anything either.
