This location closes at noon on Saturday and my return time was 4pm which explains the "not applicable" above. As far as dropping off a unit, this location is very convenient.

I rented a U-Haul trailer out of Roanoke Virginia driving to Texas. The transmission went out in my vehicle. I went to this U-Haul place, turned in my trailer and exchange it for a truck and a car hauler. I Will be renting a truck from Roanoke this week. I don’t know if anything could be done but it would be nice if a discount could be applied.
