Had to wait for someone to show up. I was there on time to pickup the truck at 9 but no one was there. I understand he was stuck in traffic but overall Kevin was very nice and helpful.

unprofessional staff, cracked windshield, the equipment that we went for was not there and we had to go to two locations. They were supposed to give us a $200 credit which we’re still waiting for, not sure what’s going on with this organization.
KEVIN MIf your dealer is not going to be present when the return is made your App for checking the truck in should be more people friendly.
Donald HWhen I am dropping off the rental at 2:35pm, the facility was closed did not go inside to see if the place is clean or not so I cannot say. But when I called the number they provided, the person answered and very helpful. Thank-you.
