give a location that is close to homesite. there was 4 locations in my hometown why did I have to drive to another town in a different state to pick up my truck. the truck pull to the left & could not adjust outside mirrors on right side of truck.

agent did not speak English, could not fill out forms, I did that on her computer. They did not have the number of furniture pads i reserved. The 2015 Ford truck's air conditioning did not work. the directions given were at least 10 miles out of the way. I delayed departure until after dark to avoid the heat and want some kind of compensation for the disaster.

Fortunately Mr. Bridge, I believe was his name, owner of the UHAULs in that location was there when we picked up the trailer. The reservation process the day before took about 45 mins, and the quote sent was wrong. The owner of the gas station and the employees were very unsure of the processes.

See above. AWFUL!!! No customer service skills at all. Extremely shady. Checked the truck in then would not allow us to leave the truck. He gave us the keys and contract back. AFTER demanding money and refusing to run the original card. AFTER trying to check in his own model truck a bunch of times ( the truck that sits in front of store to show is a uhaul place). He tried to keep the contract at first that clearly showed we were in the correct location for drop off. Refused to offer a receipt. Said he was going to drive the truck to the other location to check in. Not acceptable. Could not communicate at all. Gave directions as "take a right or a left"...was also rude to customer service while on the phone. He would not attempt to fix the problem his problem and came out and stared at us after he refused the truck. He should NOT be someone anyone has to deal with to rent or drop a truck off.

I used the rental locally for a total of approx 40 miles but these people are trying to say I drove it 440+ miles!!! I did not sign the receipt and I better not be charged the amount on the receipt or my lawyer will be in touch with Uhaul.

The staff needs more training.

Associate at the location needs additional training on how to make uhaul transactions. I had already did a pre-check in and paid in advance but clerk would not listen to me when I explained this to him. He insisted on trying to charge me again on site. A transaction which shold have taken only 10 minutes ended up taking about 50 minutes and a manager had to be involved to rectify the situation.
