Trying to do a remote pick up and it was a cluster f***. The requirements for pick up are insane. Face picture, picture of front a d back of drivers license, picture of pass port, phone # of 2 persons for reference and that wasn't good enough because we had an out of state drivers license. WE'RE MOVING! THEN HUNG UP ON ME! DO NOT RECCOMEND REMOTE PICKUP!

ROGER GI was initially picking up from the Panama City (15th St location) and they rented our truck to someone else. We were re-directed to the Youngstown location and thanks to the back and forth between locations, it took from 11:00 Wednesday to around 2:00pm on Thursday to actually get the truck we needed. Your system sucks in a nutshell!! Misinformation, non-working U Haul consoles at the store, rude and unapologetic staff at the PC store! Youngstown location was great. They are the only ones who went above and beyond to help us. If you look back on my history, you should see the many phone calls and issues we encountered. I will personally NEVER use UHaul again or recommend you to anyone I know. Now I know why I have used Penske in the past. They are the best. My mistake. Won't happen again!!
