Austintown U-Haul completely messed up my entire reservation, caused me to lose over $120 on my hourly movers due to a system outage that left them unable to dispatch me my reserved truck, they did not notify me prior to my reservation time despite having all of my contact info (and they said it had been an issue all morning), changed my initial reservation from a one way to an in-town, then sent me down the street over an hour later for a truck with a back full of dust and leaves and with half a tank of gas. The manager Ashley Miller and assistant manager Anna seem to not want to interact with customers, and have told me in numerous situations that certain actions are not possible, yet I’ll check the app for help and be able to do exactly what I was inquiring about (ie, my father the primary account holder lives 6hours away, and Anna told me that he would need to be physically present with his ID to close out his units, and that if he wanted them closed out he would need to do both of them at the same time… he was able to do everything I asked about in the app). Not sure if this is deliberate spiteful behavior or weaponized incompetence. After over an hour sitting in their parking lot, after Ashley assured me that SHE WOULD CALL ME once her systems were online, I inquired again and was told that there was a truck available for me at Xpress. Ashley adjusted my reservation incorrectly, scheduling my return for 4/4 10:45am instead of our discussed 4/5 10:45am. The truck I received from Xpress was in poor condition with half a tank of gas and a filthy interior. Every single personal interaction I have had with Ashley and Anna has been negative.

the drop off point was not a dealer, your records are incorrect
Anthony RBusiness.. parking lot a mess got debris from to it in my tire. Had to buy new one elsewhere. Was subjected to workers smoking and vaping while I was there. Took a long time for them to redo my reservation. Very disgusted

Kyle SThere was a slight greasy residue in the center of the bed the we almost slipped on loading the truck at first. We just made a note of it and made sure not to slip up. Maybe make sure the bed is wiped clean before next customers.
