Business.. parking lot a mess got debris from to it in my tire. Had to buy new one elsewhere. Was subjected to workers smoking and vaping while I was there. Took a long time for them to redo my reservation. Very disgusted

Everyone there looked like they were on crack
Kyle SThere was a slight greasy residue in the center of the bed the we almost slipped on loading the truck at first. We just made a note of it and made sure not to slip up. Maybe make sure the bed is wiped clean before next customers.

Joe TI received very good customer service, but the cargo trailer was an older model and the door was somewhat rusted, a little hard to open and close, I have rented newer ones that I could connect and disconnect myself
