How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe party store where the truck was located was filthy and disorganized. The owner kept taking phone calls during my check out session and there was zero instruction given to use the truck. I would have liked to know that I needed to take the transmission out of "Towing" before driving it empty. I went through a lot of extra gas.
