I was told directly in answer to my question of when my card would be charged that it is ONLY A HOLD now and WOULD BE CHARGED ON THE OTHER END when I turned the truck in. That is what the person on the phone told me when I reserved the truck as well. That is not what happened. It's okay to charge on the front end. Just tell me that. It is dishonest to do otherwise. The young man was also quite curt throughout the transaction; his manner felt condescending. For cleanliness, location, and ease of getting to the truck, I'd rate it a 5*. The condescending attitude was the disappointment.

Daniel RAbsolute fiasco. I got a confirmation call a few days before and confirmed it I also called and messaged the night before assuring we would get the truck. Well sure enough we shoe up and no truck. We called the help service and we got an other truck however it was open an hour later. So we get there get the truck do the pre checkout form. Do what we needed to do with the truck and return the truck with the proper amount of fuel. Then we get a call saying we did not fill it with the proper amount of gas and we need to come back and prove it was at 1/2 tank as we indicated and uploaded into the pre check. So we drive all the way back show the photo and get the oh I’m sorry someone must have lied about thr amount of gas in the you are all good. Everything total shit show from start to finish.
