This was an online rental after office hours. It was extremely difficult to get the lock box open to obtain the truck key (seemed like the mechanism was very stiff). Also the gas gauge was recorded as being at least 1/4 a tank higher than it really was. I didn’t know this until the truck was returned as it didn’t appear visible on the emailed agreement when checking in online (and who could I mention that too anyway). I filled the tank to exactly where it was on picking up the truck but still got charged for 4 gallons on return.
