WILLIAM CRefilled Truck with gas to the level it was at when picked up before returning, still billed me for gas. Total Rip off.
Matt KI had to wait for 15 minutes and talk by phone to the owner of the facility in order to get my order set up properly. When connecting the trailer to my vehicle, I had to ask the person 2X to make sure that the trailer lights were operational. At the drop off location, the service manager mentioned that the trailer had not been connected properly(safety chains).
