An employee forgot to put the key in the lockbox so when we went to pick up at the appointed time, there was no key and we had to wait for over an hour for someone to come provide the key.

Nothing I can think of. Everything was great!
Super helpful staff
First time I picked up a truck at this site. Went well.
The A/C was inoperable and it was a very hot day with temperatures in the 90's. I reported the issue and was told I would receive a reduction in price/mile. However, I never received a credit.
Charlie was awesome. Vert professional and great service.
The employee or owner was extremely helpful and nice
the final charges were far more then were made obvious at the time of reservation. Too many hidden charges
Nothing to fix. Everything went great!! Charlie was very helpful!!
They were closed, did the e-drop off without any trouble
Truck was dirty had to move the dolly for another truck. The mobile pick up took almost an hour to complete and to get verified.
Open on time. We were waiting for the location to open at 10 a.m. for our 10 a.m pickup. Staff looked unprepared. Truck smelt like shit literally. Previous rental must have been used for a farm? There were some poop looking stains on the floor which we used the blankets to cover up and load our stuff. But truck smelled like poop. I called and reported the incident and havent received a call back. I want a refund because some of my things now smells like shit. My mattresses and etc.
Great customer service, quick in and quick out.
We had an issue with them accidentally typing in the wrong initial mileage out which didn't allow me to return it after hours via mobile device. However, they corrected the error to get me checked back. They were quick, easy, friendly and convenient to use. Very cheap to use.
The drop box for the after-hour key drop was ajar. We closed the open door back - but was a bit worried to leave the truck key in an unsecure box overnight. the lady that took of our rental reservation was fantastic.
No where to park a 26 foot truck and not be in the way.
The lady that took care of us at the counter ( I think her name was Shamika) was fantastic! She did a great job helping us get everything straight on our truck rental.
Be up front with your hidden charges. Your charge of $23.00 for one gallon of gas is beyond reasonable and never revealed as a charge at such an extremely high additional charge rate. I drove 11 miles, the gas needle barely moved. I will never use Uhaul again, and never recommend it to anyone else stating this example of such high hidden charge rate. I would appreciate compensation but realize such expectations is an expectation that I can categorize as being unreasonable as well. Maybe you will surprise me and change my opinion of Uhaul.
If you bring back the vehicle with more gas than when you took it off the lot, you should be reimbursed for it. Uhaul certainly would not have a problem charging you for bringing it back with less than what you borrowed it for. Its hard to get the exact level of fuel back in the vehicle. Another option would be to rent the trucks with a full tank, then there would be no issues. Other than that, I can not complain.
Think I left my garage door opener in the truck, but called and no response.
When I showed up no one was at the location and when I called I was told that the employee was a no call no show. U-Haul told me to use the app to get the key but I did not have that information to do so. I was not able to retrieve the key until one hour after my scheduled appointment time. This made me late with my movers which made me have to pay extra. I would not recommend U-Haul or this location. This was the worse experience that ended up coasting me over $200 extra than I had anticipated. Terrible customer service.
Experience is well below my prior uhaul renting experience at a different location. Not professional. Mileage reading was not accurate and when I pointed the mistake; the gentle man laughed and said he would correct it. But he didn't. The truck was making whistling sound as I was driving; not a very comfortable feeling.
We reserved our U-Haul online app a location off of Michigan Road in Zionsville. When we made our online reservation we opted to be able to get the U-Haul outside of their office hours. We received an email telling us how to retrieve the truck keys etc. The day before we were Supposed to pick up the truck we called to verify our reservation since we had not heard anything. At that time the gentleman told us our reservation have been switched to a different U-Haul pick up location in Zionsville. My husband stopped by that location the same day later that evening to verify the reservation was good as we had people coming to our home to help us move in the morning around 9 o'clock. Our reservation stated we could pick the truck up at 7 AM. They assured us everything was well with the reservation. Well the next morning we go to pick up the truck and start following the online instructions. We were able to log in to the U-Haul account but then the pick up truck link would not work. After speaking with two U-Haul representatives for about 30 minutes they told us the location where the U-Haul truck was to be picked up did not complete their end of the reservation and there was nothing they could do. Remind you we already have paid people waiting for us to help us move. So we go home and come back at 10 AM when the location opens. We ask about what happened why we were not able to pick up the truck before they opened like we had reserved. The lady stated that it wasn't her fault at the pick up location that the people at U-Haul customer service needed to click which truck we needed in order to finalize the reservation and allow us to get through the gate to get the keys. So My husband and I were finally able to get to our house with the U-Haul truck around 10:45 AM that day. The before hours pick up process did not work out for us, no one took responsibility, and the lady at the pick up location did not even seem to care or offer any apologies at all. On top of that customer service told me we did not reserve the truck with before hours pick up, which we did and received an email regarding that. I think when Uhaul switches the pick up location from one place to anyone, something got missed. Also, it would had been nice for Uhaul to at least call and let us know our pick up location had been switched....that added about 10 miles of unnecessary driving to our bill.
I was not able to access the key, and therefore could not use the truck I reserved. I called the 24 hour assistance phone number and no one answered. I chatted with someone online who told me to push the button that indicated I could access the keys (even though I could not), which I later found out prevented any further assistance. In the meantime, the area service manager was called and did not respond; in fact, the manager never contacted me (I was told I would be called once the business opened). I did later speak with someone about getting a refund (which is expected), who was helpful.
There was only one person on duty and we had to hook up the trailer ourselves which was OK with us as we have had several rentals recently and there were 2 of us.
