I got to the location a few minutes after hours and the closing staff were leaving the property in their POV. He returned back to assist with removing the trailer and answered questions we had. Being new to the area this spoke volumes to the people of this community, it made me feel great about the decision to move to the area. I greatly appreciated his actions.

JOSEPH Owhen picking up and dropping off at nights the location dark and it makes it difficult to take pictures.
Charles JPeople were helpful at this location. But not at the other drop off locations that were scheduled. One of them was closed. Another in the same area was closed. The Texaco drop off location was not good because the lady working there only knew how to point to a sign to go to uhaul.com. We decided to just bring the trailer back to the same location we rented it from. We were told that it would be cheaper and that we would receive money back and that it had been applied to our credit card. That has not happened yet. I hope someone really reads this and takes action. I am not convinced that anything will happen and I doubt if I will ever hear back from anyone.
