The only comment I have is that this location was not the location I selected when making the reservation. I made the initial reservation due to the proximity of the storage facility, and this one was approximately 30 mins further away. They also do not have the moving blankets that I reserved as part of my order and I had to go to another facility to pick those up.

IVORY WThis was not the original pick-up location where I had reserved the trailer. The original trailer was to be picked up at 9 AM, but no one was at work. I waited until 9:20 and then called to find the closest available trailer. This set me back 1 1/2 hours getting on the road to where I needed to be. The clerk at this location was helpful and friendly. I have requested a $50 refund for the inconvenience, but have received nothing.
