WORST experience renting a uhaul. Total cluster & I was charged incorrectly. A 1 night rental for a 10 foot truck that I drove 42 miles ended up costing me $300.01. I will NEVER use this place again & I’ll make sure no one I know ever does either.

CREIG AI initially reserved a 15' truck from the Roselle store in Woodford Va. I went the morning of pickup and the didnt have the truck. I have to drive about 20 miles to pick a truck up at Sullivan's renting & towing. Via phone discussion, Sullivan's made up for the horrible experience.
