The truck reeked of marijuana smoke. truck needs to be deep cleaned and renters who do this should be fined and banned from renting in the future. Also adding car play / android auto would be helpful.
Robert BWell I that didn't have cash to be able to give me my refund, then they checked in my equipment the day after I returned it, whichever caused me owing more money & placed me on alert, then I spent my afternoon trying to resolve, then the field agent contacted me, after renting u hauls 20 yrs this was one of the worst returns I ever dealt with,
DANNY LEmployee was super nice. Easy process to rent. Return overnight. It was hard to return via uhaul App. The app was not Verify my location services. So I called the next day. No problem.
