We requested a different pick up location and never received any explicit messages telling us the location had changed, only a call asking us to change our pick up time. Then when we arrived, the employee who helped hook up the trailer seemed annoyed with us.

We dropped off the trailer while the location was closed on a Sunday evening. We used the app to process everything. Really enjoyed that this feature was an option and we were not restricted to returning during operating hours.
Morgan SThey wanted me to hook up the trailoer myself & then bring it up for them to take a pic of my license plate or pay a fee for someone to hook it up for me. When I complained, they hooked up the trailer for the 1st time for free. The person who hooked it up didn't know how to properly attach the safety chain. I don't know who made the decision to make the customer hook up their own trailer, but it was NOT U-Haul. If they don't fix their problems, I will rent from someone else. U-Haul DOES NOT charge to hook up a trailer. That is THEIR job!!!
ED KWorst location I ever rented at, lady didn't know how to do a rental, and regional manager Matt was an ass and tried telling me what the problem was cause of his lack of looking into situation. After being treated like that from him I am mot sure I would rent from uhaul again especially with my heart issues don't need the bullshit from a manager
FRANK GWas billed an extra day $40 for the truck and $20 for the trailer. Apparently I was an hour overdue.
