Staff was extremely efficient. Picked up my trailer on a Saturday morning right at opening time. There were 4 other parties ahead of me. The staff was so professional and FAST. Seriously so impressed! They did an excellent job with all of us in line. My trailer was clean and ready to go. They attached it to my hitch and went over the safety items and showed me the basics of the trailer etc. Answered all my questions and sent me on my way. Super impressed with the staff. BY FAR the very best Uhaul experience ever! Thank YOU!
IAN SThe air conditioning went out in the truck while in use. The truck was filthy when rented; outside and inside the cab. The system seemed to be struggling to pull up hills, like the transmission was going out. People at the site were amazing, they were super helpful.

Jeannette GGet a guard dog to keep people from Siphoning gas. The young girl who office was very helpful and she gave us excellent service better than it better than I expected.
