The location appears abandoned. No workers at 4 p.m. Just a banner with the uhaul logo and website for after hours turn in. No help or other signs showing where to park the equipment. I had to leave the rented moving blankets in the trailer.

Over charged us, they lied on when we turned in the U-Haul truck in on Thursday when we turned it in Wednesday. They charged us for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. We had the truck from Monday morning 7-7-2025 to Wednesday morning 7-9-2025. I want my money refunded back to me asap.
