I was first sent to an address for a trucking company that was NOT uhaul. I had to hook up my trailer myself. A bit difficult for a 60+ woman in a dress!!!! . I was then charged 50.00 for a 14.95 trailer then told I did it!! Kept telling her I was looking at my order and did not rent for more than one day did not request insurance. I feel this was not the first time this happened but I caught the deceit.Sherry K.

The address location was not where we picked up the truck, that was confusing. A big Thank you to RHONDA from the call center who helped us out. The app to check out the truck and returned it did not work. Ended up going thru the email. That was frustrating.Lora W.

The trucks are off-site causing a bit of a time delay, and the truck could easily have been cleaner in the cab. But, all-in-all the truck worked fine for us and we would rent from the same location in the future.Ken H.

When they uhaul called me they told me that it was onlt 20 miles away and it was actually 42 miles. Branson had many locations which was less that 10 miles away but they sent me to arkansas.PAUL H.

Reserved a truck the day before. Went to pick it up, and no one was there that knew how to do it. I ended up calling uhaul, and a lady did it over the phone. 2 days later, they charged me close to 50$, trying to say we didn't put enough gas in. We took pics of the dash before the trip and after, sent them in. Still waiting to see what will come of it. Terrible way to do business!!!Meranda H.

We reserved a truck and car hauler weeks in advance but still had to drive 30 miles out of our way to pick them up, waited over an hour for someone qualified to do rentals,. then 30 miles back before we could ever start loading for our move. The customer service rep. very rude and disrespectful.Dennis G.

Either have someone there to tell me which trailer to take or at least tell me a trailer number and let me know that no one is going to be there. If my daughter or someone would have shown up and not known how to connect the trailer it could have been a disastrous accident waiting to happen. Who knows what family or kids may have been killed. Also the trailer fenders were bent to the point that I could not stick my little finger between the tire and fender. I was afraid that the tire was going to rub every bump I hit and blow out.arthur M.

The U-Haul smelled terribly of smoke and was stuck in the mud when we went to pick it up. We had to go back and find someone at the main store to come and pull it out of the mud and then we lost time packing it up and getting it back on time. In order to get it back on time we had to pack it overnight and unpack it in the morning and take it straight back to the nearest U-Haul site.MERILEE E.

Need to have a better customer help service and have the operators not have another business that prevents the renters from having to get and connect up the trailers by themselves that were at a different location than the rental office. Witch caused the customers to have to connect up the trailers by themselves, which could cause a health problem for them due to their age and physical condition.RONALD S.
Lady was 30 minutes late getting to the shop and then didn't know how to enter our information. The shop was run down and nasty. Her office was completely unorganized with bundles of paper here and there, a lot of it stacked in a corner about ready to fall over.lacy S.

We dropped off after hours. Address was incorrect, but fortunately, we found a drop-off location on the main highway not far from the address we were given.JULIE M.
The Green Forest location was a complete pig sty! We had to walk thru and around piles of clothing, rugs, etc. just to get to the office to speak with the woman handling our reservation. Not only was this location a safety and fire concern (large rusty commercial use fans sitting on the floor, UHaul dolleys in the middle of the walk way, tons of clothing and flammable material piled everywhere) it also smelled badly of cigarette smoke. The lady handling our reservation didn't know what she was doing and called someone several times to walk her thru the process. She also hadn't checked our rental in from from the previous renters before we arrived, nor did she inspect it to make sure it was clean and undamaged. The previous renter had dropped the truck off at the drop-off location and I was sent to that location to pick the truck up and drive it back to the place of business we were supposed to pick the truck up. After 45 minutes of waiting for this lady to finally finish our sale, we also were asked to remove the dolley from the back of the truck that the previous renter had left in the truck. I would not ever recommend this location to anyone and will never use it again! When I made this reservation the pick-up location was supposed to be in Huntsville AR and the day before I received a text to pick-it up an hour away in Green Forest. I am very unhappy about the way this whole thing was handled.Earlene F.
