Although the staff at this location were friendly and tried to assist, the app was down and what should have been a five-minute process took over an hour. With no alternative way to check in outside of the app—and the location’s system also being down—the experience became extremely frustrating. U-Haul, this is an area where the user experience needs improvement, as this situation was unacceptable.

Ericka MU-Haul changed my reservation and didn’t call to tell me I would need to download app to pick the truck up at my scheduled time. The ac didn’t work in the truck and it only had an 1/8th of a tank of gas when I picked it up.
