I got a 15 foot van from them and picked it up after hours. The app wasn't working, but the lovely lady there at Vitale had called to confirm earlier and gave me an after hours POC. I called that and she got me going. I very well might be renting another one to finish up the move!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe location itself was good and the person who rented the truck to me was very nice. So happy they were open on a Sunday. The complaint I have is with the truck itself. The air conditioning in the truck worked only intermittently on an EXTREMELY hot day which made the 6 hour trip miserable. When it began to rain I turned the wipers on. The driver's side wiper began to fling about and almost flew off into traffic. After having it reattached it still couldn't be used because it wiped clear over to the pillar of the truck which would knock it off again. It was really scary hoping it wouldn't rain the entire trip. The trucks need to be more properly inspected at this location.
