I rented an appliance dolly but when I arrived I was told there was no appliance dolly. Which complicated my day greatly as I had to run around searching for one. I also made the reservation at 6am, but they had my pickup scheduled at 6pm. Thankfully i didn’t arrive until after they opened to pickup the van, I would have had some major problems if I got there at 6am and couldn’t pickup the van

Very responsive and professional
RODNEY BOverall experience was wonderful -- would highly recommend! My only and extremely minor complaint is that when I filled up the truck before returning it, it took more gas than I would have expected given that I actually did not drive it very far. I suspect the last customer might not have filled the truck before returning it.
