The staff were very rude and I felt like I was bothering them. Then finally a lady came to help and she was good. Then she asked if someone would help me hook up the trailer and I heard things like “it’s almost 5 on a Friday, I’m waiting for a phone call”. Finally she found someone who would. Then we had an issue with the trailer lights. My truck kept saying that the trailers right signal was faulty but they said it was my truck. The one guy helped with that which I was thankful. I will avoid renting from this place at all costs.
