The app experience was not good. Pick up was a pain in the ass. Drop off wasn’t as bad.

WILLIAM WIt was great. I was a little confused about the check-in and all of that stuff at first online. However the seats had rips in them which I did take a photo of and there was some damage to the truck. But we did take photos and other than that it was great.
