Hi, Jamie! Yes - you will need to call the U-Haul Hitch Center in Wooster, Ohio that you would like to have the hitch installed at to schedule an installation appointment. To rent the motorcycle trailer, visit the Motorcycle Trailer Rental homepage and enter the zip code for Cobb County, GA to see U-Haul centers there that you can choose to rent from.
