–Donna Anderson 5/9/2021 12:38:10 PM

Hello, You can choose 1-12 bottle wine shipper boxes. https://www.uhaul.com/MovingSupplies/Shipping-Boxes-Supplies/Shipping-Boxes/Wine-Shipping-Kit-One-Bottle/?mid=169&aid=3567

–Frank 5/10/2021 12:47:39 PM

Is this divided box sturdy enough to hold and transport full wide mouth canning jars?

–Jennifer 3/15/2021 6:02:05 PM

Hello Jennifer, So the cells are 4" x 4" and 11" high. I am not sure they are big enough for your canning jars. However, these boxes meet all shipping standards. I would recommend using bubble wrap for more fragile items and packing peanuts or packing paper to fill any open area's for extra protection. Thank you

will this fit tea/coffee cups

–michele 12/30/2020 7:00:31 AM

No, for that, you would want DP or Dish pack boxes. The GP box is more for stemware. https://www.uhaul.com/MovingSupplies/Boxes/Kitchen-Moving-Boxes/Dish-Saver-Kit/?id=2577 Thank you for your question.

–Frank 12/31/2020 6:19:43 AM

Is the box double-walled/heavy duty?

–A 10/25/2020 9:47:43 AM

No, I am sorry, they are not. However, they are corrugated for extra strength. Thank you for your question.

–Frank 10/26/2020 8:59:14 AM

What is the weight limit on this Glass Pack Kit?

–Sheri 6/23/2020 3:39:10 PM

Hello, Sheri! The glass pack kit can hold up to 65 pounds. Thanks for asking!

–Savannah 6/25/2020 12:31:41 PM

Are these green pouches recyclable, or just reusable? (They don't look or feel compostable.) I don't have space to store them now that the move is done.

–Susan Pinsonneault 5/19/2020 11:36:02 AM

Hi, Susan! The foam pouches included with the Glass Pack Kit are recyclable. We recommend contacting your local recycling center to determine the best way to recycle them. Thanks for asking!

–Savannah 5/19/2020 1:54:51 PM

I purchased the dish and glass kit, but it didnt come with a box. Can I take the receipt back to get the box that comes with the kit?

–Kimberly R. 9/8/2018 2:10:16 PM

Hi, Kimberly! We apologize that you were not given the box that is included with this kit. Please return to the U-Haul center you purchased the kit from with your receipt to get the box. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience!

–Savannah 9/10/2018 7:39:29 AM

I bought this pack in store and it did not come with a box. It only came with the pouches and the dividers. How can I also get the box that this fits in?

–Jessica 8/1/2018 5:20:50 PM

Hey, Jessica! We are sorry you did not receive the box that comes with the glass pack kit. Please return to the center from which you purchased the kit with your receipt and let them know you did not receive the box. They will be able to get you one. Thank you!

–Savannah 8/3/2018 11:08:40 AM

Will this box be suitable for an air shipment of glassware?

–Sherry B 7/26/2018 8:59:32 AM

Hello, Sherry! No, we would not recommend shipping glassware with a glass pack box kit. Thanks for asking!

–Savannah 8/3/2018 10:53:47 AM

Should the glasses be inserted in the box rim up or rim down--or alternate up and down?

–carole 4/15/2018 2:17:07 PM

Hi, Carole! We recommend placing the heavier end of the glass in first, which is likely the bottom of the glass. Make sure each glass is properly wrapped in packing paper or cushion foam. I hope that is helpful!

–Savannah 4/17/2018 9:49:50 AM

I am using a glass pack to ship glassware via USPS. Do you recommend any extra padding material in addition to the foam bags, or are the bags alone sufficient?

–Joy 4/15/2018 8:16:22 AM

Hi, Joy! Aside from the foam bags, we also recommend filling any empty/vacant space in the box with either wrapping paper or packing peanuts. Filling extra space will prevent items from shifting during transit. If your items are extra fragile, we also recommend additional cushion foam or wrapping paper to wrap items in for extra protection. Also, make sure the box is properly sealed with shipping tape! I hope all of that is helpful!

–Savannah 4/17/2018 9:28:09 AM

After putting wine glasses in the foam pouches, does it matter if you place them open end first or stem end first?

–Molly Marseglia 4/2/2018 6:38:39 PM

Hi, Molly! As long as the glasses are in foam pouches, it doesn't particularly matter which way you place them in the box. Thank you!

–Savannah 4/3/2018 11:46:23 AM

will this box fit antique tea cups? traditional mugs are narrower and thinner, but the tea cups are wider on top.

–Melissa 9/11/2017 1:37:19 PM

Hi, Melissa! This kit creates 18 cells, each measuring 4 inches long, 4 inches wide, and 11 inches tall. Since tea cup sizing can vary, I would measure your tea cups to make sure they will fit into the cells of this kit before purchasing. Thanks for asking!

–Savannah 9/11/2017 2:26:44 PM

Are these kits, sold as 1 package for 1 price or is everything priced separate,

–singleton 9/4/2017 6:18:17 PM

Hello! The retail price listed on this page ($10.20 USD) includes the box, 18 reusable foam pouches, and the 7-piece cell-divider kit. Thanks for asking!

–Savannah 9/6/2017 10:45:04 AM

How will this do for packing and storing a shot glass collection? Any suggestions

–Frank 7/14/2017 12:11:41 AM

Hi, Frank! Our glass pack kit should work great with a shot glass collection. My suggestion would be to place each shot glass in one of the included foam pouches and fill any extra space in each cell with wrapping paper. I hope that is helpful!

–Savannah 7/14/2017 4:41:47 PM

Will wine bottles fit?

–Rebecca 6/19/2016 8:27:48 PM

If you are planning on using the cell kit, your wine bottles will have to fit in the 4"x4"x11" cells.

But, our Wine Shipping Kits are a perfect alternative for keeping your wine safe during transit.

–Joseph 6/20/2016 7:58:56 AM

Is the easy-to-lift box packaged separately from the cells and foam pouches?

–Katie 1/19/2016 4:15:15 PM

Yes, it comes as an unassembled box.

–Joseph 1/19/2016 4:40:03 PM

Will this kit protect extremely fragile crystal? I'll be carrying it myself so I'm not concerned with the movers. I just want to make sure it will safely transport the crystal across country in my car.

–Teri M. 12/7/2015 12:31:02 PM

The Glass Pack will be a great solution for your needs. We recommend using some bubble material also as you describe your items as extremely fragile.

–Joseph 12/8/2015 11:24:52 AM

How do you pack glasses using a glass pack kit?

–Sandra Borrelli 11/28/2015 3:26:33 PM

First, you put the cell-divider together and place it in the box. Next, place your glassware in the foam pouches and slide them into the individual cells in the box.

–Joseph 11/30/2015 10:12:07 AM

Are these double wall boxes?

–kahiwa 10/2/2015 12:43:01 AM

No, the boxes that come with the Glass Pack Kit are not double walled.

–Joseph 10/2/2015 3:02:56 PM

You can always call the Box Order Line at 1-866-277-6855 to place an order over the phone!

–Joseph 5/8/2015 3:29:14 PM

will this work for wine glasses

–bill 4/3/2015 6:50:31 AM

Yes, it will work great for wine glasses. Please be sure your glasses are not larger than the cells the dividers create (4" x 4" x 11" or the foam pouches (7" x 11-1/8" when flat).

–Joseph 4/3/2015 5:10:14 PM

will this hold coffee mugs? just not sure based on the pick that the dividers would accommodate the handles

–Aby 3/10/2015 8:25:59 AM

Aby, that depends on the size of your coffee mugs.

If your mugs are less than 4" W x 4" L x 11" H then yes, they will fit in the Glass Pack divider kit. Thank you!

–Joseph 3/10/2015 4:32:59 PM

is the box included with the glass kit in the price for $10.20? Or do you have to pay separately for it?

–Becky Wilson 9/2/2014 6:18:48 PM

Hi, Becky! The box is included in the Glass Pack Kit. The retail price gets you 18 reusable foam pouches, a 7 piece cell divider unit, and an easy-to-lift box with handles. Thank you!

–Savannah 7/3/2017 2:30:10 PM

do you have a divider set that would accommodate 36 glasses that are shorter -- 3" high x 4". There is so much wasted space in this size box for taller glasses.

–Judy McCarter 8/17/2014 8:51:02 AM

Our moving supplies manager writes: "The extra space in each cell can be utilized by stacking smaller glasses. Each glass should have its own protective pouch and I recommend using some crumpled U-Haul Wrapping Paper in between the glasses."

–Ronald 8/18/2014 2:33:13 PM

Do you sell mattress covers for shipping?

–Becca 6/1/2014 2:08:54 PM

Our mattress bags are designed for moving and storage protection. Not necessarily "Shipping". Thanks.

–Ronald 6/2/2014 8:38:22 AM

Is this the only size box with a glass pak Kit? Will dividers accomodate varied sized glassware?

–anne hess 5/29/2014 7:29:05 PM

Yes. The box shown is the only box for this kit. The dividers create 18 "Cells" that are 4"x4" wide and 11" high. Any glass up to those measurements can be packed into the cells.

–Ronald 5/30/2014 11:30:35 AM

Will a glass quart bottle fit? I don't have the dimensions but I don't need to have a lid or cover it. Just wanted to make sure it is wide enough

–Becky 4/7/2014 8:42:55 AM

Sorry. To answer this correctly, we would need your dimensions.

–Ronald 4/17/2014 11:13:27 AM

Does the box meet USPS standards?

–Valerie 3/27/2014 9:06:42 AM

Hi, Valerie! The box included with the Glass Pack Kit meets shipping standards and can be shipped via USPS. Thank you for asking!

–Savannah 7/3/2017 2:27:16 PM

What size are the foam pouches that come in the glass pak kit?

–Anne 2/1/2014 12:19:41 PM

Each foam pouch measures 7" x 11-1/8".

–Stephen 2/12/2014 7:26:12 AM

How big are the cells? I need to ship glassware that is 3 3/4" across by 6" hi and some that is 4 1/2" across & 4 3/4" high.

–Janet 1/5/2014 11:24:41 PM

The cells are 4" x 4" and 11" high. Your 4-1/2" wide glasses will not fit in these cells. They are a 1/2 inch too wide.

–Ronald 1/6/2014 8:21:12 AM

about how many glasses will this hold?

–W 11/12/2013 10:29:19 AM

The cells are 4"x4"x11". The kit is designed to hold 18 glassware, crystal, stemware and/or porcelain figurines.

Can you get more foam pouches for stemware?

–Judith A Gould 11/30/2020 10:55:53 PM

Hello, unfortunately you cannot order just the pouches by themselves. Thank you for your question.

–Frank 12/1/2020 6:29:13 AM

–kahiwa 10/2/2015 12:43:01 AM

will this work for wine glasses
