In most cases, we offer three shipping options for you to choose from. A few items are considered oversize and can only be shipped via freight truck. Business days are considered Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

We ship to street addresses only (sorry no P.O. Boxes) within the United States and Canada. Sorry, we do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, Mexico, U.S. Virgin Islands or Military APO/FPO addresses.

Multiple Shipments

We have several fulfillment centers that store and ship our products. If you order more than one item, each may be shipped from a separate location, and therefore, may arrive at different times. Your original estimated shipping amount does not change if more than one shipment location is used. Shipping timeframes depend on the type of item you buy, the time it leaves the warehouse and the shipping option you choose.

Shop online and pick it up in store for free! No minimum order required. Our most popular items are available for pickup same-day! Just choose "Pick up in store" as you add items to your cart. At checkout, select your pickup time and we will have the items on-hand when you come into U-Haul.

In-Store Pickup Savings! When you pick up your order instead of shipping it to your home, you may see additional savings as some products will be priced lower for in-store pickup.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders $100 (USD) or more when shipped within the contiguous U.S. or on orders $150 (CAD) or more when shipped within Canada.

Restocking Fee

In the event, an order is returned to U-Haul due to an incorrect address, there will be a $25.00 restocking fee as well as $25.00 reshipment fee should the customer request the order to be reshipped back to the correct address.

The Bio-Cubes are for use in Oil/Water Separators (OWS) they contain oil eating microbes that will digest the oil in your OWS and help reduce the solids/sludge in your OWS thereby reducing or eliminating the need to pump out your OWS.

Suspend the cube in the first stage of your OWS; make sure the cube is completely submerged in the water. The cube will slowly dissolve and release the oil eating microbes. The cube will last between 30 & 90 days depending on the water flow into your OWS.

The Bio-Cube is a solid blend of product consisting of naturally occurring; scientifically selected (but not genetically manipulated) microbes formulated to bio-remediate all factions of crude or modified petroleum products and paraffin wax. The Bio-Cube is a blend of six anaerobic microbial cultures that are effective across a wide spectrum of substrates and continue enzyme production until almost all oil contaminants are consumed. The Bio-Cube is most commonly used in oil-water separators to control petroleum hydrocarbon levels.
