In-store Pick Up & Shipping Details

Shop online and pick it up in store for free! No minimum order required. Our most popular items are available for pickup same-day! Just choose "Pick up in store" as you add items to your cart. At checkout, select your pickup time and we will have the items on-hand when you come into U-Haul.

In-Store Pickup Savings! When you pick up your order instead of shipping it to your home, you may see additional savings as some products will be priced lower for in-store pickup.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders $100 (USD) or more when shipped within the contiguous U.S. or on orders $150 (CAD) or more when shipped within Canada.

Exclusions

This offer is not valid for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. Exact shipping costs are available when you checkout.

Certain products and brands may be excluded from the promotion. These products are marked as excluded from free shipping on the product page.

We only ship to street addresses within the 50 states and Canada. We cannot ship to P.O Boxes, Military APO/FPO addresses or to the following locations: Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and Mexico.

Freight Fees

Freight Fees may apply to oversize or overweight items. These additional costs are shown as a shipping disclaimer on the product page if applicable.

Restocking Fee

In the event, an order is returned to U-Haul due to an incorrect address, there will be a $25.00 restocking fee as well as $25.00 reshipment fee should the customer request the order to be reshipped back to the correct address.

How do I return unused items?

Our 100% buy-back guarantee means that you can return unused U-Haul moving supplies (with receipt) to any U-Haul Center nationwide to be refunded the full purchase price. We want you to take enough boxes and supplies to protect all of your belongings without needing to make multiple trips to your local U-Haul Center. Then, simply return whatever you don't use!

When returning items bought online, you have two options:

  1. Return to Store — If you are returning an item(s) that is listed online as eligible for in-store pickup, then you may take your return to a U-Haul Center for a refund or store credit. All other items must be returned by mail.
  2. Return by Mail — The customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping label. Contact our customer service team at 1-800-269-6737 (6 AM – 5 PM MST Monday through Friday, or 6 AM – 4 PM on Saturday) or by emailing store@uhaul.com.
