Do Moving Helpers Drive the Truck?

No, Moving Helpers cannot drive your moving truck. You are responsible for transporting your truck and belongings. Moving Helpers are only available for services booked through the Moving Help Marketplace (loading, packing, cleaning, etc.)

Do Moving Helpers Bring Supplies or Tools?

Moving Helpers aren’t required to provide packing supplies, boxes, or tools (dollies, plastic wrap, Allen wrenches). Some Moving Helpers provide these items, however. It’s best to check with your selected provider to see to see what they will provide.

How Do I Pay for Moving Help?

After checkout, your payment is held in a secure escrow account. After the job is completed and you’re 100 percent satisfied with the service you received, you share the Payment Code with your helpers, which releases the payment.
