I rarely leave reviews, but I felt this experience deserved one. I needed help with a move on very short notice and wasn’t sure if any company would be able to accommodate me. From my first call, the team was responsive, professional, and genuinely willing to help. I had seen a few negative reviews online beforehand, which made me hesitant, but I decided to give them a chance. I’m glad I did because my experience was the complete opposite of what I had read. The movers arrived on time, communicated clearly throughout the process, and treated my belongings with care and respect. They worked efficiently without rushing and made sure everything was loaded, transported, and unloaded properly. I needed a move on very short notice and wasn’t sure if I’d be able to find a reliable company in time. Great experience. Other movers cancelled on us last minute the night before and Legit picked us up with only 16 hours notice. Showed up on time, provided a great service, and didn't charge us extra when we went over time even though we would have been happy to pay. Great all around experience, will use again!

I had a messy break up, and needed to pack and move in one day. I could not afford thier packing services and my friends and I were still packing when the movers arrived (which was exactly on time). They were amazing and professional, even when my ex showed up and was trying to occupy my time and attention. They even helped me suran wrap one last item before it went on the truck. I am so grateful for these awesome dudes. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

They arrived late and were slow but did handle everything with care and lifted all the heavy stuff which is why I needed help.
The movers were late for start time. Only one guy showed up at start time and began before the other 2 arrived. We were scheduled for 2 movers but ended up with an extra mover in training. Possibly because the first guy started alone he tried moving my daughter’s brand new nail table and broke it. To get to her apartment you have to walk through a foyer and she also stays on the 2nd floor. So we didn’t know until after cleaning and getting ready to leave that the nail table was left on the curb, truck completely packed and damage not mentioned. Not only that the truck wasn’t packed or organized the best and they didn’t leave enough room to close the door which in turn left us to have to rearrange many of the items ( taking them off and placing them back on the truck and as well we had to find a place for the nail station in hopes that it may be salvageable. The guys did not seem to be very efficient, a little slow moving and unsure of what do as if this was all their first time workin

Arrived on time. Packed everything quickly, but were careful about not damaging anything. Everything was packed so well, it didn't move at all during transport. It was a hot day and they didn't complain and had a smile every time they addressed me. They were very polite and professional. Would definitely use their services again.

Ian was communicative throughout the whole move and very detailed with the Tetris stacking in the truck. I would recommend this crew and wish they could come with me to unload in Washington. 5 star experience all around, highly recommend!

Not only did they unload everything efficiently, but they also helped assemble my bed frame, unwrap furniture, and even fix a cabinet for me. Communication with the owner or manager was efficient and direct on the phone. I enjoyed that. One of the movers, Autumn, was fantastic. She worked double-overtime and was speedy, careful, and efficient. Unfortunately, the other mover, Kumail (I think that was the name?), was either high, drunk, sick, or some combination. He did literally nothing except stand around, wheeled some chairs around (when he should've picked them up), dirty my things, and generally wasted time. He kept insisting things go on the dolly when there is zero chance that they would go on the dolly, and complained that stuff was heavy. Luckily, Autumn and I were able to move all of the things ourselves. I essentially paid for one mover.

I would not hire this company again. They were scheduled from 9 AM to 12 PM but arrived one hour late and worked from 10 AM to 3 PM. I was charged for two extra hours, plus they demanded an additional $80 per person for heavy items. I ended up paying $355 extra. They were not prepared even after arriving late. They did not bring their own dolly or proper equipment. I also noticed they were taking breaks when I was occupied with other tasks, which made the job take much longer. The day before, another moving company moved the exact same items from the container to the U-Haul truck in about one hour with no extra fees. This company took five hours for the same items. They also caused damages. They removed the plastic cover from my mattress and dragged it, making it dirty and unusable. They left holes in my unit, which caused charges to me, and damaged my furniture, including holes in my chairs and sofa. I am requesting a refund and compensation for all damages.

PAID $285 FOR MOVE WHICH I THOUGHT INCLUDED A TRUCK, CHARGED FOR 3RD FLIGHT OF STAIRS AND ONLY HAD 2. THE MAN WAS NICE BUT HIS HELPER WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ASK ME TO GO TO THE STORE TO BUY HIM WATER THEN ASK ME FOR A RIDE HOME AND ASK MY DAUGHTER FOR $1.00 FOR THE BUS. HE ARGUED THE ENTIRE TIME. SAID THE MOVER BROKE MY BED FRAME. THERE WAS CONFUSION WITH THE STORAGE UNIT AND INSTEAD OF LOOKING FOR THE UNIT THEY UNLOADED EVERYTHING OUT FRONT AND HAD TO USE STAIRS TO GET TO UNIT. WHICH CAUSED THEM TO GO OVER THE 2 HOUR PAID PERIOD BY 15 MIN. ADDITIONALLY HE HAD ME TO CASH APP HIM $250 WHICH DID INCLUDE $15 FOR A LOCK. SO I PAID $520 FOR A BEDROOM MOVE ONLY. THIS WAS VERY UNEXPECTED AND UNPROFESSIONAL MOVE.

This was a Last minute request but representative Carlos was very helpful in getting the movers. I liked that he communicated during the wait. If he couldn't answer by phone he would send a text message. This is great communication he did not leave me hanging. For the helpers Wilfer and Santiago, they went above and beyond. They came on time in spite of the rain and even when it was raining they stayed to wait while most other people would of cancelled and left. When the rain slowed, they helped carried all our stuff inside. My sister and I are grateful and Thankful.

The movers did not speak English, so it was difficult to execute the move. Very very frustrating I even had to help them move items because I was afraid they were going to drop the items during one of the moves by banister was damaged. It was just not a good experience.

The moved a lot of heavy furniture quickly, but they forgot to move one dresser. The one thing I said when they first arrived, please get the largest items first. The truck was filled, but now I need to find help again to move this dresser and I am running out of time. We did go over by 30 minutes and I appreciated the help. I tipped them with cash.

The crew was professional, hardworking, polite, and incredibly respectful of both my family and our belongings. They arrived prepared with all the necessary equipment, worked efficiently, and completed everything within the timeframe I had requested. What really impressed me was their attention to detail. After unloading the truck, they even took the time to sweep out the U-Haul before they left. Finding a company that combines affordability, professionalism, and excellent customer service is rare these days, but All N One Moving and Cleaning delivered on all three. They exceeded my expectations in every way. I will absolutely be hiring them again for future moving needs.
The movers successfully moved everything I requested and did not damage anything. They were friendly, quick, and very experienced. I was happy with the job that they did. They also had a lot of their own moving equipment which was valuable and I appreciate that the job was well done. The only thing that was disappointing though was that they were several hours late and did not communicate about it. They also left early to get to their next job.

Multiple pieces of furniture were broken. Moving staff not seem experienced in moving and maneuvering large pieces of furniture. Multiples scratches and dents in the walls and doors of my new apartment. Careless handling of bins, boxes, etc. led to fragile items being shattered and more interior surfaces being damaged. The office coordinator was friendly and easy to work with. The moving staff was friendly but unprepared. Overall a poor experience since my items were in great condition all the way up until the final unload.

Very happy with the services provided. Both movers took great care of my things and packed the U-Haul so efficiently.
While I appreciate the service they provided, I think they overextended themselves and I got the tail end of it. I was their 4th move of the day and they were just exhausted. They asked me to come early, so I cut my load time early and traveled an hour & a half for them to be an hour late. To be fair, they did make sure to communicate the time frame mix up, but nonetheless, that was time I could have used to wrap up loose ends at the move out. They were beat and just wanted to be done, which is understandable, but in their rush, they scratched the paint on my banister from the bottom to the top, scratched the wall along the stair case, scratched my hardwood floor, and ripped up the trim underneath my staircase. All small cosmetic things so not too detrimental, but definitely avoidable. Nice guy, trying his best, but had just obviously over extended himself.
10 out of 10 would recommend. They informed me when they were in route and an ETA, showed up 10 minutes earlier than scheduled, with tools I didn't know I needed for tasks I didn't realize would come up. I was not properly prepared, but nonetheless, they were so kind, respectful, and gracious. I wish I could have booked them for unloading as well.

The mover who showed up, Edem was very proficient, professional & worked hard. He did his part. However, I paid for two movers and Edem was the only one to show up. As a result, and to meet my deadline where I was moving to & maximize the time I had the rental vehicle, I had to move too many items. I paid the full amount since Edem did his job as efficiently as possible and I needed to meet my obligation at the new house. What is the company policy when only one of two movers show up?

These guys were the best! Everything put where we wanted. They asked if everything was where we wanted. The got a cumbersome king size mattress up steep staircase with limited top space in places.
The two young men arrived promptly as scheduled and maintained excellent communication over the phone prior to their arrival. They were highly efficient, courteous, and great helpers. Please note,for maximum efficiency, it is best to provide them with your own moving equipment.

The movers really saved us. We had some big stuff that needed to be moved out of our old apartment and into our new one and they really worked their butts off and saved our bacon. We couldn't have moved in time without them.

I would not use this company. They loaded a 26 ft truck for a trip from Maine to Florida. I supplied them with 60 blankets, 2000 feet of shrink wrap and tape. The furniture wasn’t packed or wrapped properly, in some cases not wrapped at all. We have several items that were damaged. I contacted the owner who assured me this would be handled quickly and apologized for the damage. That was the last time he responded to me. I’ve reached out with no reply. U-Haul has sent him an email asking him to reach out to me and resolve the issue, still no response. Do not hire this company!!
They did better than I ever expected! Jose and Joshua were fantastic and fast. They even broke down and set up my bed for me.

Everything was going well until almost the end of the 3 hrs when one of them told me they were at the end and still had stuff to do. He then asked for a tip and he’d finish it up. As soon as i said ok his buddy said they were finished now. I don’t appreciate being asked for a tip. Very unprofessional.

The Velocity Movers team exceeded my expectations! Alas, King, and the team were all very professional, communicative, and kind from checking in the day prior and made the whole process super smooth and quick! It was our first time using movers and we booked for an unloading and we are so glad we did. They knew exactly what to do to navigate the apartment set up (ie elevator, key fob, etc) and handled all items with care and respect. Very trustworthy. Could not recommend them more highly - if you're thinking about it, or unsure book them and save yourself a ton of stress and exhaustion on moving day!

This was a top talent crew. They tackled a job that I projected would take 4 hours and they cleared it in 2. I would work this agency again.
None of the phone numbers listed for the company were operational so we spent a day trying to track down contact information. Once we finally got in touch we confirmed the dates and addresses. Another number contacted me two days before the move and we confirmed time and addresses. The day of the move we were called and told we were not in their service area. After many conversations we ended up working it out but the scheduling was needlessly stressful and painful. The did a good job overall moving but the communications were challenging.
