This has got to be THE most professional, communicative, and most kindest pair I’ve ever had the pleasure of hiring. A 10 out of 10 just doesn’t suffice. They arrived on time, wrapped and pack everything meticulously, and got everything safely to my destination. I’ve never seen a truck packed so well. I commend these guys for creating such a dependable experience, and truly going above and beyond to make this a seamless move. I’d absolutely recommend them and would use them again.

Melissa was on top of scheduling and communication. Nick and his partner on the job did fantastic work wrapping items and arranging them in my U-Haul. The guys who unloaded my items at my destination even complimented their work. Everything was very thought out and strategic. These people know their craft! Highly recommend!!

These movers were outstanding. I thought another moving team I used before set a high standard, but Bowzzer’s crew, with 10+ years of experience, was remarkably skilled and efficient. They handled multiple very heavy furniture pieces and navigated tight stairways and difficult corners with impressive ease. Their strength, experience, and teamwork clearly showed, as they were able to move everything in within about 2 hours. We had some initial inconvenience with logistics, which meant one person was managing the truck while the other was working inside, yet they remained respectful, professional, and adaptable throughout the process. They worked smart, stayed composed, and kept things moving efficiently. Their experience extends beyond just lifting and unloading, and it’s evident they have broad knowledge and connections within the moving industry. Overall, a reliable, hardworking, and professional company that I would absolutely hire again.

Jay and Dion did a wonderful job today. They were very hard workers, well mannered, and happy to be here moving our UHaul to move out of state.

Movers arrived so late I completed the loading myself. They were also late at unloading. They spent a total of 30 minutes maximum of work and I was charged for 2 hours! At the end they offered a 15 percent discount for the next time I use them. I will NEVER use them again. If you value your money, do NOT use them.

Kor and his team were amazing. They arrived early, were very professional, and helped me through the whole process, even when there was some confusion with the location. I was continually in awe of their ability to carry with ease all the things we struggled with to load into the U-Haul. If I could give them 10 stars, they would get 11. Best ever! The guys were hard workers. They did a great job getting everything up the stairs. The only issues we had were that they were late and they didn’t read all of the boxes and put them in random rooms.

The movers did a great job unloading our U-Haul. They were professional, polite, and worked quickly the entire time. They handled everything with care and stayed organized throughout the move. What really stood out was how efficiently they worked. They finished the job in less time than expected without sacrificing quality. We really appreciated their hard work and would definitely recommend them.

I had Titan help me move out of a 10x25 unit with a few heavy items, a giant living room set, heavy solid wood dining set w leafs and 8 solid beefy upholstered wooden chairs, waher dryer set and lots of boxes and some loose items. They loaded me into the 26' truck in record speed. I was particularly impressed when they stacked the dining room chairs neatly and transported them with ease and quickly. There was others moving out as well and everyone communicated well and worked together. It was a great day. We couldn't be more happy with the extra hands on such a stressful and challenging task. Titan team made it relaxed and got us to the next safe place. We are secure and had zero damages, not even a mark. We will keep them on our call list for our future needs and recommendations. This team works smart and fast 100 percent.

Wouldn’t recommend. The evening before my move I ended up having to reach out to get a confirmation of an eta. The day of the move my movers were 30 mins late. None of my items were handled with care. Dresser was broken. Fan was broken. Overall, not happy with the services.

Johnny followed up with me prior to the packing and listened very carefully as to what my needs were. My containers were packed TIGHT as I worried everything would not fit. Just perfect. I would highly recommend this company. The guys were quick, efficient, on time, careful not to damage items or walls. They finished earlier than I expected and were very kind and easy to work with. I'm bad with names but I think it was Mike and Kaden - great work!!

They were 4 hrs late which we dealt with. However, they left a piece of furniture literally in pieces, hidden in the garage under other items without even letting us know it was now in pieces (and under other items), which it NOT the condition it was in when it was loaded on the truck. They claim it just came apart and can be put back together however the wood is now broken and can NOT be fixed. The deceitfulness and hiding it is as bad as the expensive piece of furniture now being broken. Not at all the experience I had with them last year. Very disappointing.

The 2 movers were excellent! They did everything perfect, worked quick and used their expertise and needed no help or supervision by me. Can't say enough how helpful and great they were! If i wasn't broke, i would give a big tip.

Two minutes after I made the reservation, they call to confirm and check for the exact time of preference. On the day of my move, they called a half early than expected arrival to note they were on route, then came fifteen minutes early. I'm not skilled in maneuvering a trailer so they immediately stepped in to set it in place. An hour and ten minutes later, they were finished and fit everything meticulously and carefully. Needless to say, I highly recommend this loading company without question!

We originally planned to unpack our truck on our own but after loading it and the hassle of driving across several states we figured we would at least look into hiring some help. We found ‘A SPECIAL TOUCH MOVING COMPANY’ as one of the highly recommended businesses. They had great reviews, were reasonably priced, and had availability even with only a couple days notice. The booking process was easy and we were able to coordinate everything with ease. Once ‘Chris and Marvin’ arrived they immediately began unloading and were professional and polite. They made quick work of our 26’ U-Haul which was packed to the brim with heavy boxes and even heavier furniture and shop equipment. They even took the time to interact with our 6 year old who insisted on helping even if it may have delayed them. I would highly recommend them to anyone that need moving assistance and would hire them again in a heart beat. ‘Chris and Marvin’ and a ‘Special Touch Moving Company’ are your go too any day.

Shaquille did a great job communicating before the job and he was delightful on site. He was very courteous and so careful with my belongings. He wrapped furniture carefully and was sure to put it in the UBox with care so it wouldn’t shift during transport. You should call this company when you need help.

Khareem and Tony were the most unprofessional movers I've ever delta with. They were over an hour late. They took 30 minutes to move 2 items. When I confronted Khareem about it, he said, don't worry we will get it done. Then they sat at the truck for 40 minutes talking. Nothing was moved. They move a few boxes in for 20 minutes. Khareem told me time was up, they literally moved 10 items!! Khareem stated they had to close the ticket to keep working and demanded I give him the code. He promised to finish the job. As soon as I gave him they packed up and left. They left all the heavy stuff in the truck and most of the boxes on the curb. I have to hire new movers to finish the job. Don't trust Khareem and Tony. Khareem will start off calling you Mr or Mrs on the phone. Horrible experience. I will never use DYI again. All Khareem said the whole time is I'm the CEO of the company over and over as if that gave him an excuse to not finish the job or even work the time he was hired for.

Mark and Morgan did a great job at loading a LOT of furniture and helped me clear out my parents home. They also unloaded a few pieces at dad's new place. Cheers for strong men with good backs and cartilage in their knees!!! I'd totally use this crew again.

Extremely professional and great communication. They showed up on time and brought a nice dolly that was crucial to moving what we needed. Our concrete driveway had an unexpected delay getting poured which caused them to have to bring everything down a steep dirt hill on the side of our property to get things into the house. They worked nonstop and never complained. Could not have done it without them. Highly recommend

The movers were polite and worked while there but showed up late and left packing site before all belongings were loaded into truck resulting in (2) 155 mile round trips we had to make to finish their job. Plus a number of pieces were broken. The stars that were given was simply because there was some work done

Spectacular service by both Von and Christian! First of all, great communication, which made me feel at ease before the move. They arrived early and were friendly, careful with our things, and super fast! Also, both were crazy strong. I will absolutely be recommending these two to anyone I know who is moving soon. My experience with Uhaul movers has been hit or miss, but these guys were phenomenal. Professional, careful with my furniture, efficient and tried their best (successfully) to get my furniture through tricky spots. Highly recommend!

Michael was great. He showed great problem solving skills to make sure our stuff fit in the truck. He worked efficiently and got the job done in about an hour. I would ask for Michael if I have to move again. The other guy was 40-minute late and did not share an equal load. My 5-start rating is for Michael only.

Wonderful, kind professional group of guys. Careful with my stuff. Highly recommend! Punctual and loaded beautifully.

The movers were supposed to show up at 1-2pm and they did not show up until 2.55pm. Although the two gentlemen that helped me, worked quickly, and were very kind, they packed the truck extremely unstable. Multiple items were broken and crushed during the drive. I understand moving and shifting will happen during the drive but I told them I would be on the road for over 15 hours and I would expect professional movers to know better than to place a mini fridge and other heavy and breakable items in a place where it can fall on top of other items. The way they strapped my TV box down led to it getting bent in half by mattresses. A wall of heavy boxes full of books collapsed directly on top of three book shelves that were all crushed. While moving a desk I heard and saw one of the movers accidentally break a small leg off a desk and he didn't say anything about it. We had hundreds of dollars in damages due to poor loading. I wish I was exaggerating. I am quite disappointed.

We encountered a lot of rain on our scheduled moving day and Rueben was very flexible, allowing me to push back our load until the next day, and when the rains continued he delayed our load again until later that day so we could load under sunny skies. I was incredibly grateful. He was very professional and great to work with. I would definitely hire him again.

They were amazing! Honestly one of the easiest and best moves I’ve ever done.

They must’ve been having an off day. I hired them because of all of their excellent reviews. They worked very quickly however they didn’t listen to me. I probably could’ve gotten other things in this truck if they had paid attention to what I was saying. The young man in charge did tell me that he was having an off day. I suggested he slowed down, breeze, and listen to the customers. The other gentleman was nice, but did not speak English. I was dismayed when they put a piece of glass from a table into the Uhaul with no padding whatsoever after I told them that I had a lot of moving blankets. At the end, they were piling things in the back of the truck just to get almost everything in that I told them was going. Still some of the things just didn’t fit Because they didn’t listen to me when I told them furniture had to go, but boxes could stay. They piled all the boxes in the truck. Anyway, I’m sure when they’re having a good day they would do a great job. Today was a little off.

Overall they did well, however at the end it seemed like they just threw things into the truck trying to get it to fit. They left the propane running on my blackstone thank goodness nothing caught on fire but things definitely smelled like propane
