Would recommend Pablo and Lucas were awesome. The service was very fast, movers communicated well, and they were great at packing the truck. They were respectful to our stuff and the apartments we were at, they parked in the vistor spots without me having to tell them. Only small negative was that I had to reach out a few times to get a time set with the owner. Overall great service.

After my initial moving helpers ghosted me, I rebooked with Charles Family Moving with one day notice. They were extremely communicative and flexible when the U-Box booking ended up having an error forcing them to load on site. They went above and beyond by bringing a truck to my home, loading, and then re-loading the U-Boxes on site. While my U-Box experience has been miserable, Charles Family Moving really came through for me today.

We’ve moved more than 10 times, including four interstate moves, and Sixx Stars Movers was hands down the best moving company we’ve worked with. The team was professional, friendly, and extremely careful with our belongings. They arrived early, communicated clearly throughout the process, brought all the tools they needed, and took the time to ask about our preferences instead of making assumptions. They even helped clean up afterward. Moving is usually stressful, but they made the entire experience smooth and easy. Their pricing is also extremely competitive, and for the level of service they provide, the value is hard to beat. After so many moves, we can confidently say these guys are truly five-star. We would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them.

The team worked hard and were friendly throughout the move. One of the workers tripped while carrying an end table and it went into the wall. I advised the moving company of this and they responded right away, stating they would be out to repair the big hole in the wall and apologized for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The movers complained throughout the job, which added unnecessary stress to an already stressful moving day. Several pieces of furniture were scratched during the move, and the truck was not packed efficiently or with much care. I expected a more professional experience based on the service I paid for. While the job was completed, I would not use this company again.

Movers were on time and polite. They were not very gentle with our furniture, or our walls. Communication was a little difficult, and they did damage a wall in the house moving the couch, as well as dragged our mattress instead of lifting it. They got the job done, but not as carefully as we would have liked.

I can’t say enough about Tyler and his team. I put the wrong phone number in so he couldn’t contact me, but they still found a way to get the job done. Every problem they conquered. Most guys will just walk away and tell you sorry, can’t do it! But Tyler and his team really went above and beyond to provide not only excellent service, but also just a great customer experience. I had three big moving companies cancel without showing up, this was my last ditch effort to get some help, now I will never go anywhere else!

I contacted Resilient moving late on Friday night I’m sure it was after 11pm expecting a call back the next day. To my surprise I was messaged within 10 minutes asking for details. I was in a bad place my other mover canceled AT 10 pm the night before. Not only did they have a truck for me but two AMAZING helpers!! The lady on the dispatch had terrible communication. The mover ended up coming two and a half hours later! It was only ONE MOVER, so it wasn’t efficient, thankfully my cousin was there to help because I am 8.5 months pregnant so this was very stressful for me. Then they charged me for two people and I requested a partial refund because nothing worked out and I couldn’t move the amount of the things I wanted to. The lady acted like she was going to give me a refund never did. I called the next morning she LIED and said to check my email and hung up. And when I called back she never answered. DO NOT USE THEM TERRIBLE COORDINATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Pack & Stack were a tremendous help during my move. I was moving into a downtown apartment on the 20th floor and when the movers were taking my belongings up one of the elevators went down. We lost our reserved elevator and they had to carry my stuff to a different tower, go up a different elevator and take a skybridge across while I was trying to coordinate with the building management. This went over my allotted time with them and they had to get other movers to cover their next assignment to continue with the move, with their overage charges being very reasonable. The movers at Pack & Stack really came through for me during a difficult move and I can't thank them enough.

They showed up a few minutes early and were done before our allotted time was up. They were quick and professional.

I would give them 10 stars if that were an option. Eddie communicated with me right away and regularly. He and his partner Paul were so personable and a delight to have in my home for 7 hours. They were extremely skilled at packing my U-Haul boxes. I was skeptical this morning that everything would fit but they put everything together like a puzzle and got everything in with a little space here and there to spare. They did such an amazing job that I offered to fly them to Florida so they could unload everything.

The movers were on time, equipped and professional. Communication was a breeze. 10 out of 10, I do recommend.

Inexperienced younger worker needs a preceptor with experience to train him properly they were extremely slow My 20 year old daughter had to instruct them how to move the items and what to use to do it They did not know how to pack the storage unit at all We had to tell them how to do that too I believe my daughter and I loaded and unloaded more boxes than they did Then immediately after they were finished they sat in the car for several minutes in which there was a strong smell of weed that followed On a positive note they were very nice and courteous. We should be refunded the money I was charged for this service because it was anything but professional

Only 1 person arrived instead 2 person . He gave false info saying that the truck won’t fit my big things even though he did it finally after 2nd person arrived. He tried to move only very light weighted items and denied to add even small light weight boxes on top of desks. Completely not satisfied with the service.

I recommend you remove A1C PRO MOVING SERVICES LLC from your list of service providers. My reservation had a short lead time. Was contacted Friday evening before my Saturday move - was forced to increase hours from 2 to 4. Chris said anything larger than a 10' box truck requires 4 hours. I had a 26' truck, but had already emptied many contents at my home. Wanted to hire 2 men, 2 hours to handle the heavy items and my sons and I would move the boxes. He would not yield and said, you might as well let the guys do all the work. Felt I didn't have time to cancel and try a new company, so I allowed him to charge me 2 additional hours. The result - the heavy furniture was unloaded and packed in the storage unit in two hours. It took less than 3 hours for them to have all the furniture and boxes in the 10' x 15' storage unit, so I paid for an hour of moving that I did not use. I inquired about a refund of the 1 hour with no response. Please save others from this company.

I spent a long time debating whether to hire movers or save the money and do everything myself. As moving day got closer, the stress kept building, so I finally decided to book Affordable Friendly Movers based on the great reviews I had read. Looking back, it was one of the best decisions I could have made. Randy and his colleague were incredible. Before my move, I spoke with several moving companies about the amount of furniture and boxes I had, and every estimate I received was around three hours to load the truck. Randy and his team carefully and professionally loaded everything and completely filled my U-Haul in just one hour. I was honestly blown away. Every item was packed efficiently and securely, and it was obvious they knew exactly what they were doing. They made what had been a very stressful moving day so much easier. If I ever return to the Cleveland area, Affordable Friendly Movers will be the first people I call. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

B and D moving were professional, kind and speedy! I run some storage facilities and come in contact with movers all the time. These gentlemen worked extremely hard, and took such amazing care of my belongings. This was a last minute move under stressful conditions. I knew right away I didn't have to worry about this part. Instantly reassured they had this part taken care of. And boy did they ever. Do not hesitate to hire them! These guys are all stars.

Through the U-Haul app we had requested an unloading time of 2pm. The company confirmed the date of service, but did not communicate or confirm the starting time. We had initially requested 2 movers for 2 hours, they showed up 1.5 hours late, and even though it only took 15 minutes to unload (well within the 2 hours allotted), it would have been considerate to communicate this delay. Regardless, they did a good job unloading.

Bebe moving really did an awesome job, this is the first time I couldnt my daughter, and I'm honest in saying that they really put my nerves at ease. My daughter said that they were so friendly and good at what they do. I will for sure be using their service again. Thank you so much, Bebe Moving.

The only good thing about this company is that they move fast. Over than that this company is very disrespectful. They communicated to me at 5am they be here at 7am then when I replied back at 7am that we wouldn’t have the U-Haul until 8am so could we push the time back they never responded to me until 845am saying they were outside. Upon arrival they made it clear it was covered for 1 load and 1 unload. Then when I was not around they was rude to my father who was just asking if he could let him know when the truck was full and he rudely responded ‘you can look outside if you want to know when the truck is full’ so rude and unnecessary. They were very rough with my furniture my nightstand had scrapes and damage to the side and my couch is now lopsided and uneven.

Joey and Tyler were on it! I hired them for two hours and they loaded up the truck in just over an hour. If my son and I would have loaded the U-Haul on our own, there’s no way we could have fit everything but Joey and Tyler figured it out. I’m so grateful and would hire them again!

We had a great experience with Faith Moves. Shandon and Chase worked really hard to get everything up our driveway, it was a pretty steep incline so the truck couldn't come up. And they moved it all with strength and good humor. We could not have done it without them. I highly recommend them and would use them again if and or when we move again.

There was a miscommunication about the number of movers needed, and I had to call myself to confirm availability because no one contacted me after booking through U-Haul. While I did receive a refund for the third mover who never showed up, the actual moving experience was very disappointing. The owner, Big Mike, arrived late and was dismissive throughout the move. He ignored instructions about which items not to load, resulting in damage. Boxes clearly marked FRAGILE had heavier boxes stacked on top of them despite my requests not to do so. Some belongings were also left out in the rain, and the next day I found a box containing books and laptops still sitting outside. When I reminded Mike to be careful with the fragile boxes, he told me, Don't tell me how to do my job and get back to work! I found that incredibly unprofessional. Professional movers should listen to customers and handle belongings with care. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and I would not hire again.

Out of 2 professionals Jay was good however the other person Antonia was very bad and just killing the time and not even allowing Jay to work. Over all very unhppy with the total move.

During my move, several items of furniture were damaged by the movers. Including a vanity table, wooden leg snapped off, record player, two legs ripped out of it. Part of dresser came off. Additionally, a number of other pieces of furniture were scuffed & hit on walls. The movers placed their wet drinks on wooden tables & shelves leaving water stains. I felt that care & respect was not put into the handling of items. All of my items were wrapped in high grade furniture wrap, or padded well, and all of these damages occurred within the first 30 mins of loading with the elevator building so I am unsure how the damages occurred when all that was required was placing each item in the elevator just a few steps from the apartment door. I understand that the day was less than ideal conditions with extremely hot & humid conditions. I feel the professionalism was less than satisfactory overall. Especially as one mover couldn’t not look at instagram for more than 10 minutes at a time.

Communicated everything we needed, showed up right on time, and got the truck packed to its full capacity. Would highly recommend.

This was the second time I’ve used Guardian Movers. The first time was a good experience however, the second time was terrible. I hired them for 2 movers for 4 hours of work. Upon arrival they changed it without my permission to 3 workers for 2.5 hours. So many of my items are damaged due to how they packed the uhaul. I provided straps and pads and they failed to use the padding. At one point the lead guy decided to make a slide out of boxes to expedite the process and literally slide my stuff down a flight of stairs crashing at the bottom until another worker told them to stop. Heavy items were placed on top of lighter boxes completely crushing them. Heavy items were placed on top of the glass top washer scratching it completely (surprised it didn’t break). You could tell there was no pride put into the work and it was a complete money grab. They started dragging their feet at the end to waste the remaining time. They only get two stars because the first experience was good.

While movers were professional, communications were not great. Confirmation of start time and day was not confirmed. There was a 2+ hour delay due to another customer being delayed. It would have made more to have other customer wait until they were ready or reschedule.

This crew was great! They were right on time and didnt waste time getting going. They asked good questions, didnt stop working, and they were finished about 20mins ahead of time. I tipped them directly and not thru UHaul incase the company takes a cut.
