Today was a big day for our family. We moved my son out of his apartment with Movers and Shakers, and I can't recommend them enough. They scheduled us within 24 hours, arrived on time, finished the move in just two hours, and were very affordable. Most importantly, they treated my son with incredible kindness. He is a man with Autism and a traumatic brain injury (TBI), and this move was part of leaving a very stressful situation. The crew was patient, reassuring, and respectful, making sure he felt comfortable every step of the way. We've used other moving companies that were not accommodating or compassionate. Movers and Shakers was the complete opposite. They treated him with dignity and genuine care during one of the hardest days of his life. If you need movers who are affordable, professional, efficient, and truly compassionate, I wholeheartedly recommend Movers and Shakers. Thank you for making such a difficult day so much easier for our family.

Moving across country can be difficult on bank accounts and family nerves. Waiting for a pods container living in an empty house for 2 weeks can really challenge your mental health. When I hired that Muscle Guys it was my first time hiring movers off reviews alone. They showed up with the power of the entire MCU. Their combined inertia was so fast, so powerful that undoubtedly their work ethic triggered the Richter scale. My container was unloaded so efficiently that my mind could not keep up with their actions. If you need muscle that’s not yours. You can rely on The Muscle Guys. I needed last-minute moving help and they were super accommodating. I additionally had complications with the storage unit that was rented and they stuck with me to a different plan and were incredibly kind and attentive. Despite issues on my end, they were still fast and finished well before the allotted time that we had. I could not recommend them highly enough, and I am a very seasoned mover!!

An hour late to the job. Did not pack the truck in a fashion where everything would fit. I move into the storage with the same size truck and they couldn’t take everything. I have to go back and finish the move myself. Nonetheless- gave them $20 cash each

They said they are late so I don’t get it that’s why I pay longer because I know how they work the schedule they not finished the job because I want Furniture to get it and they refusing because they don’t have a tools and I call one day before I need what if you need to get it

They moved insanely fast! They were precise, strong, and very well organized when it came to playing tetris inside of a uhaul box. Like the whole thing took less than 2 hours and they packed the thing to the absolute brim, it was incredible honestly.

These guys were great. Complete life savers. They were friendly and personable, took any task we asked and never needed direction or help, they were very knowledgeable about the appliances we asked them to move. One of the best parts was they didn't make me feel bad or judged about how disorganized I was and the state of the house with stuff everywhere. The were fast and efficient at moving, loading our truck and disassembling furniture. Definitely would be my first choice when I need moving services again.

The crew was awesome and that is my only complaint. My concern is that I paid $75 per hr for each guy for two hours. The unload was only around an hour. I suspect these guys out there busting their butts in the heat did not see anything close to $75 perhr in their pockets. So I paid $300 and I’m sure they got less than $100.

Amazing service! I had a last minute emergency after another moving company canceled, and Complex Hauling came to the rescue. They arrived within an hour of me booking them the very same day. The movers were incredibly kind, professional, and efficient. They handled all of my belongings with care while still working quickly, and they never once complained, which is something I have not always experienced with other moving companies. One detail that really stood out was that they took their shoes off on their own to protect my brand new carpet. That level of thoughtfulness and respect meant a lot. I recommend Complex Hauling one hundred percent, and they will absolutely be my first choice for any future moves.

I booked 4 hours to cover load and unload but mistakenly only checked the load instead of both. Lesson learned make sure to correctly request what you want. They did a great job loading and I imagine they would do the same unloading. A contract is a contract and they accomplished the load in 90 minutes. Good job and they knock off early. Half stars for half the work I needed to be completed

Jonathan and his team at 5 Star Logistics did an awesome job loading my UBox from U-Haul. They packed everything in tight so nothing would shift around but still made sure it was all safe and secure. You can tell they know what they are doing. Everything fit perfect and nothing got damaged. I would use them again and I recommend them to anyone who needs help loading a UBox or moving container. Besides the scheduling conflict all else was fine - the movers were polite, careful with the furniture and I would recommend them.

Showed up two hours late, wreaked of weed, I had to do half the work, and asked my neighbor for weed in the process. Completely unprofessional and will never use again. Also took them forty minutes longer to get to the unloading location because they stopped to get gas for the second time. Also damaged a door and the lock on it

For my recent move to Virginia I have hired a total of 3 different moving companies as trucks have arrived at different times. Porters Services has been the best by leaps and bounds. The first showed up almost an hour late and the second basically unloaded the truck put it on the ground and said well the trucks unloaded and we are done. I ended up moving a lot of it myself. Porters Services showed up early, worked nonstop, and put things exactly where I asked. They took great care to not damage things and I definitely will be hiring them again the next time I move.

Charlie eliminated that concern before moving day by taking the time to understand my move and making sure I was prepared. He and his crew arrived on time, were professional, friendly, prepared, and worked incredibly hard in brutal summer heat. They helped with much more than loading, including getting a large box down from my attic, packaging my 65-inch TV, and disassembling furniture. I had just spent several days painting my new home and asked them to be careful around the walls. They absolutely were. They packed the truck professionally, communicated well, and treated my belongings with care. Charlie is an impressive young business owner. I would hire Urban Gorillaz LLC again without hesitation.

He acted annoyed the entire time. He didn’t listen. He didn’t pack all of my belongings and had to unload some things just to pack the rest of my belongings properly, which added additional time, then tried to charge me for even more time. I called Customer Service and he was not only aggressive with me, but aggressive with her. He was pacing in my front yard and acting crazy. Do not book these movers!!!

Movers were late and went to the wrong address after I’d verified multiple times the day before which address to go to. One of them was very rude and spent most of the time yelling at his colleague. I would frequently lose track of them, calling to no response, and eventually finding them in the car on their phones. I do feel badly that on their end it said that my new apartment wouldn’t involve stairs, but I didn’t have any options on my U-Haul booking to indicate what floor the apartment was on, otherwise I would have. The rude mover scoffed and didn’t believe me, then attempted to charge me for 2 more hours without consulting me. Definitely wouldn’t book again

Extremely slow, extremely inexperienced. They showed up late, one guy left half way, they had no idea how to move larger items and I had to move them myself. PLEASE AVOID FOR YOUR OWN’S SAKE

Great movers to work with. They arrived in time and went above and beyond to load and unload my belongings. They took care to ask where to place things and made sure everything was perfect before they left.

Scheduling was very kind and super accommodating as we were stuck in traffic and driving through bad weather from Boston to New Haven And needed to push back our meet up time by an hour! The guys arrived and were ready to get to work. They were very efficient and professional. We highly recommend them and will definitely be telling others about their services!

scheduling for the Moving help was bad, my wife spoke to Carlos the night before to set a time for the movers and they ended up an hour late. I think he forgot to communicate with the movers. Other than that the movers did a great job and was careful loading our stuff.

Timothy and Zach were excellent in covering everything carefully with blankets. Worked very hard and continually throughout the morning. I highly recommend him as a mover. This company was so flexible when it came towards our arrival time. We got to Medford a little after than expected and Nick and his helper waited patiently for our drive to show up. When it came to unload our truck my driver was well pleased with how professional Nick and his helper were. We booked them for 3 hour and the completed the unload a little under 2 hours. Thanks again Oregon trail moving. When we come back to Medford we will definitely be using you guys again.

They guys were very nice. However they did drop 2 drawers out of my table and scratched the edges and acted nonchalant about the incident. Also they didn't put the moving blanket under the wood kitchen table and the finished side was against the aluminum floor of the Uhaul. This left marks on my table. However They did a good job other than the mentioned items above.

I would hesitate to use this company again. This was a military installation U-Box delivery and unload. Cannot recommend them enough! They were also able to unload me earlier than U-Haul set the date for.

This company changed its name on the platform. I previously hired them in November as Advanced Movers, and had I known it was the same company, I would not have booked them again. I paid for two helpers for four hours to load and unload my belongings into an easily accessible storage unit. I had the same amount of furniture as my previous move, but this time it took four hours just to load the trailer. One arrived an hour late. Owner confirmed appt the morning of. The workers said they were contracted through Veteran Movers and only paid 15 an hour. They agreed to finish the job if I paid them directly. The unloading took a little under two hours. Their boss became upset, repeatedly called the additional time overtime, and later sent me rude messages. I would not recommend this company. Fired one guy. The guy that was late didn't get fired because he told they stayed. The owner sent me an invoice for 139.00 for the additional 2 hours. UNPROFESSONIAL all around the board

Erik and Peter were fantastic! Quick yet careful and very pleasant to work with. They took excellent care of my belongings. I have never had two better men move me in more than 10 moves. Please call this company. Anyone that gave them less than a five star rating was crazy. Ask for Erik and Peter. You will be very happy you did!! They even brought a dolly to move my furniture. Most movers do not! I am so happy I called this company. Don’t forget to cash tip the guys! They deserve it.

No call about arrival time but mover was on time, very friendly, very efficient. He did an AWESOM job of arranging the load in the van so there was no chance of slipping and sliding. The rate quoted was for 2 people but only had one so the value proposition was a little out of whack but it is what it is.

Such an amazing help! We had two flights of stairs moving IN and OUT of our apartment and the company finished everything just in the 2hours we had them for. Super kind, respectful, and reliable. Will definitely be using for future help.

Texted me the next day with time updates of when they’d show up, got right to work and loaded everything in less than two hours. Everything was well organized to maximize the room! I had a great experience with this moving team. They were professional, efficient, and handled my belongings with care. The only downside was that they arrived 1 hour and 18 minutes later than the scheduled time. That said, they communicated well throughout the delay, kept me updated, and were very apologetic. Once they arrived, they worked quickly and made the move go smoothly. Because of their professionalism, communication, and quality of work, I’d still give them 5 stars and will recommend them to others!

These guys were absolutely fantastic! U-Haul had a problem, so I got my truck late, past my scheduled times for Ares Movers. These guys bent over backwards to fit me into their busy scheduled to fix the situation that they did not create.
