From the second they arrived, I felt like I was in good hands. Second worker Jacob slacked off, banged and scratched walls and doors in brand new home after asking to be careful. Got into argument with the other mover Dave, then sat I. Car last 1.5 hours. I had to step in to help Dave the entire unload, even with a bad back. I was admitted to urgent care with a disabled low back 4 weeks ago, but had no choice with a full truck load. Dave was good, professional, and helpful throughout however. I need a refund for half of this, will not use this provider again.

This was my first time using a moving company. Greg and David were professional and friendly. They made this part of moving seem like a breeze. I will definitely be using this company every time. Very reasonable rates, considering this was so last minute. I booked on 04-23 at 6 pm to move on 04-24 in evening. I highly recommend you call them first and only.

I booked them less than 24 hours before we had to move due to an early closing on our new house, they got ahold of us to confirm times and worked well to get us in on that particular day, the two boys that helped me moved were very professional and fast with loading and unloading even though my sectional was a pain to take apart. Movers arrived within the planned window and handled my items with care. I requested help loading and unloading, which required a two hour minimum for each. We ended up taking 2 hours total, including transit time. Overall smooth experience.

Right Move Solutions was exceptional. I drove 16 hours from Houston to Dania Beach FL and had everything planned months ahead. The original company (Triple Move) canceled on me the same morning after I arrived at 230 AM which was extremely stressful. I contacted Moving Help and they recommended Right Move Solution and they were right. The owner responded quickly even while on another job. He was calm patient transparent and solution oriented. When he arrived he brought a trolley and was extremely knowledgeable working quickly and efficiently. With my family helping we finished everything in about an hour. He maintained a positive attitude the entire time and focused on adding value instead of stress. Moving has a lot of logistics so that made a big difference. I am especially grateful he helped me the same day despite it being a last minute booking. Highly recommend.

Had them loading my mom’s apartment which is on the third floor at the end of two long hallways. They got it all done in the time allotted and did it with a smile and great attitude. Thought they were bringing a dolly, etc. for the move but brought no moving equipment. Luckily we were able to borrow a dolly. Very polite movers.

Movers ran late, been nice if the company could communicated that with me. Movers worked hard and finished on time with me.

Would have appreciated another message on day of to confirm team was en route. The team was prompt upon arrival and worked efficiently to complete the move. We did assist to ensure we completed on time. A small issue with getting the couch moved out of the front door however the mover thought quickly, we located the tool and he continued.

The crew were fantastic! They took exceptional care of our valuables and fragile items. They also worked flat out from the moment they arrived. We will be using them again when we move next for sure.

I was also worried that the 10’ truck would not fit everything but they got everything in it, it had no spare room left after they filled it up and I was very impressed and relieved! Was not advised that Packing Team’s billing begins upon their arrival at the work location, even if that is earlier than originally scheduled and no one is there to let them in. As it turned out the Team was able to finish in one hour forty minutes so there was no extra charge, but it could easily have turned out differently. I tipped the Team myself - $20 each in cash.

I could not have hoped for a better crew than Dante and Cy. They worked nonstop for two hours, including going up and down multiple flights of stairs. Very nice guys however they are not skilled in moving furniture and belongings. Our furniture was not handled with care, sofa was dropped and many boxes were tossed around. A lot more care and respect of customer belongings is needed and knowledge of how to properly move furniture.

I would give 10 stars if I could! We originally didn’t request for moving help, and just needed our U-Box delivered and later picked up. Instead, he stayed to help us load the box, and stacked everything for us. Absolute phenomenal service! And extremely friendly and personable! I’d highly recommend Max! If we weren’t moving states, I would continuously use his services!

2 guys showed up on time and we had the truck unloaded in less than an hour. They communicated the day before, were professional, and prompt on our move day. Would highly recommend them.

Used the same company for load and unload. Both sets of movers were late, spent too much time talking to my brother, were slow moving. Morning load crew was better and decent though had to be reminded to do furniture first. Unload crew was very slow. Company is a mess. I was called about one job to confirm time but not the other. When I finally got a hold of someone I was told they don’t do on the half hour aka won’t start at 1230 only 1 and it was too late to find another mover. Movers either didn’t put payment code in correctly or company is just disorganized. I received an emailed receipt for jobs completed. And then received about a dozen emails or texts stating the job was rescheduled. Now my account says the job is scheduled for May. Different number from the initial contact - had multiple people using it texting me asking for payment codes but apparently couldn’t figure out what they were missing. Will never use company again.

I usually get nervous when moving and have to rely on other people. That was not the case with the King & Queen. We were very impressed with the two of them. They got our stuff packed and moved without an issue.

They went above and beyond in the move. They took extra care against protecting my things from damage, worked hard non stop, and communicated with me during the process. The only that could be improved is I would have preferred they reach out to me a couple days before the move to confirm a time. It was my second time using them, and I would definitely go with them again!

This is my second time using Local Boys Movers and, just like the first time, they did an exceptional job from start to finish. This time was to load a PODS container, which can certainly be considered a specialized skill set, and one Cornelius certainly possesses. He did a masterful job loading the PODS container leaving us plenty of room for our remaining items. Professional, courteous and skilled, I would highly recommend Local Boys Movers!

The helpers did an excellent job with the loading. They were strong, efficient, and worked quickly without compromising on care. Every item was handled thoughtfully, and they made sure everything was packed securely and organized well in the truck. Overall, they did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing moving assistance.

Everything was great. The movers were nice and professional, and they worked very quickly. They even helped me rearrange how some items were unloaded when they saw a better way to make the items fit. They did not have to go above and beyond like that, but they offered without my even asking. I would definitely use these movers again.

We were scheduled for two hours starting at 2pm However their other job ran over too long and they did not arrive until 5 which caused us to be late loading the first stuff in the truck because we needed them to load the heavy things first They did call at 344 to say they were on their way and sent a text but it really put us behind on packing our truck. So they were really only here an hour because we had to start without them which was very hard for my son by himself to move appliances Ramona was very friendly and knew how to pack and secure the stuff but it would have been better if they’d been on time.

The ONLY negative thing (they were great) is that it took almost two weeks to get them to close out the order. So I had to keep following up with them about that. Besides that very minor thing they were very nice and professional!
