Step 1: Sign in to the U-Haul App

• Launch the U-Haul App on your mobile device.
• Sign in using your U-Haul account. If you’re new, you can create an account in the app.
• Navigate to the section titled “Products & Services” and select “Moving Labor” from the list.
• Select the type of help you need, your loading address, and the time and date you want to book the service.
• Select “Find Moving Help.”

This will display available Service Providers near your location.

Step 2: Customize Your Search

• Use “Sort & Filter” to customize your search.
• You can compare the options of providers in your area with various filters, including:
• Overall performance
• Start time and date
• Number of crew members
• Number of hours you need
• Hourly services
• Specialty services
• Coverage for eligible services

• Select “Apply” to implement your filters and browse your options.

Step 3: Customize and Book Your Service

• When you're ready to book your service, tap the “Customize & Book” option under your desired selection.
• View your price quote and confirm your service details are correct.
• Enter your details, such as name, address, phone, email, and further information on your move and the service needed.
• Add the service to your cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button.
• If you need help at your destination as well, you can repeat steps 1 and 2 to find moving labor at your end destination.
• Note: If you only need help at one destination, you can navigate to your shopping cart.

Step 4: Complete Checkout Process

• Review your Contact Information and fill out your Billing Address and Payment Information.
• Confirm your Order Summary information is correct.
• Select the “Complete this purchase” button to finalize your order.

Step 5: View Your Reservation Details With Ease

• You can find your Moving Help reservation details by navigating to the “Home” icon at the bottom of your screen.
• From there, you can locate your Payment Code and if desired, add it to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
• If your plans change, you can add additional hours easily while viewing your order.
• To update or cancel your reservation, select the “View/Edit” option.

How to Manage Your Order

If you make a mistake when booking or if your plans change, don’t sweat it! You can easily make changes to your order within the app. By navigating to the “Home” tab, you can:

• Locate your Payment Code.
• Edit your service hours/time.
• Add the Payment Code to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
• Select a specific reservation you want to edit.
• Manage item descriptions or photos.
• Cancel your booking.

Keep in mind that your Moving Helpers will contact you about 24 hours before your scheduled service to confirm details and arrange a specific arrival time. You can also cancel your order and select a Service Provider that offers same-day service in the app if you do not hear from your original Moving Helpers.
