Meanwhile, Moving Help requires all moving companies to be identity verified and background checked when setting up an account on the Moving Help Marketplace. Moving Help also does not have any cancellation fees.
Moving Help vs. Taskrabbit®
Taskrabbit is a service for people requiring services outside of and including moving. You hire a tasker, and they’ll show up where you need them to. Taskers are independent contractors, so you’ll need to hire them separately if you need two or more movers. This hold is placed on your account before your move happens, then the actual amount is charged after the move, potentially costing you more.
If you cancel your move within 72 hours of your moving date, Bellhop also charges a $200 cancellation fee. You will also forfeit the 10 percent deposit paid.
