Understanding Toll/Citation Fees

When utilizing a toll road during your Rental Period with a U-Haul van, truck, or trailer, the toll charges will initially be billed to U-Haul as the registered owner of the vehicle. U-Haul will settle the toll fees on your behalf and subsequently apply the charges to your account for reimbursement. Customers are responsible for any tolls, tickets or citations incurred during your Rental Period. You can view and pay tolls/citations by visiting our Payments page.
