How to Make Wings in a Big Easy Oil-less Fryer

Who says wings have to be grilled? With the Charbroil® Oil-less Turkey Fryer you can simply season and let the fryer do the rest of the work for you. Follow these simple steps to find out how.
- Take 1lb of chicken wings and season to taste (see our recipe below)
- Place wings on Leg Racks
- Connect racks to the basket
- Place racks into the fryer
- Cook your wings to an internal temperature of 165 degrees - takes approximately 30 minutes
- Use the lid for added crispness
Here’s our finger-licking chicken wing recipe:
- 1lb chicken wings or legs
- 1 tablespoon of chili powder
- 1 tablespoon of garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of nutmeg
- Teriyaki sauce (enough to coat each wing)
