Mountain Standard Time (“MST”) and ends on Sunday, June 14th, at 12:00 A.M. MST (The “Giveaway Period”). THIS GIVEAWAY IS NO WAY SPONSORED, ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, OR ANY OF ITS SUBSIDIARIES. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to the Sponsor, not Instagram or Facebook. 

This contest is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the game, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the contest results, as determined by the Sponsor and its agents, are final.  

1. SPONSOR: U-Haul International, Inc., 2727 N. Central Avenue Phoenix, AZ 85004 

2. ELIGIBILITY: The ‘Besties Beef Day Giveaway’ (The “Giveaway”) is open to legal U.S. Residents currently residing in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age (19 years of age in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 years of age in Mississippi) or older as of the date of entry (“Entrant,” “You” or “Your”). Sponsor, its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, and each of their employees, officers, and directors  (collectively, The “Giveaway Entities”), and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these official rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway and which sponsor may decide in its sole discretion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all Giveaway requirements set forth herein.  

3. HOW TO ENTER: In order to enter, all you need to do is like the post, follow our page, and tag your bestie. You must follow one of our pages on Instagram (@uhaulpropane) or our Facebook page (@uhaulpropane), as well as comment and like one of the posts to be eligible to win. All entries must be submitted during the Giveaway Period.

By entering, you agree that Sponsor may contact you via social media, including on Instagram or Facebook, by sending you a direct message, tagging you, posting to your social media page or naming you on sponsor’s social media page. Normal Internet access, phone, and usage charges imposed by your online or phone service may apply. You must ensure that your Instagram or Facebook settings allow sponsor to contact you via direct message in the event you are selected as potential winner in the Giveaway.   

LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON. ADDITIONAL ENTRIES MAY BE DISQUALIFIED. Entries that do not include the required hashtag, that do not complete all of the required steps, and automated or bulk entries or entries submitted by third parties may be disqualified. Entries must be submitted by the participant. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple and/or different identities, forms registrations, email addresses, logins, or any other methods will disqualify that participant’s entries, and that participant and/or may be disqualified. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same Instagram or Facebook account. In the event of a dispute as to any entry the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Instagram or Facebook account used at the time of entry will be deemed to be the participant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.  

Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder to the sponsor or forfeit the prize. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address will be disqualified. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or untimely entries will be disqualified.  

Entries, comments and content submitted or uploaded to Instagram or Facebook in connection with this Giveaway (collectively, “Content Submissions”) may not contain, depict or show any content that: (I) is sexually explicit or suggestive, offensive, lewd, profane, obscene, or contains nudity or racist innuendo; (II) promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous, or any political agenda or message; (III) defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about Sponsor or other companies; (IV) contains trademarks, logos, or trade dress (such as distinctive packaging or building exteriors/interiors) or copyrighted materials (including photographs, sculptures, paintings and other works of art or images published via websites, television, movies or other media) owned by others, without permission; (V) contains any personal identification such as license plate numbers, last names (first names are permitted), email addresses or street addresses for any person other than Entrant, or otherwise infringes on the privacy of any person other than an entrant; (VI) communicates messages or images inconsistent with the positive image and good will of sponsor’s brand; and/or (VII) violates any law. Any content submissions that contain, depict or show content; that exceed any required file size or length limits imposed by the Giveaway Entities or any of the third-party social media sites listed herein; and/or that violate these content submission requirements, the terms of these Official Rules, and or the terms and conditions of any such third-party social media will be disqualified. Content may not include music. If a Content Submission contains an identifiable third party other than entrant, by submitting the content submission, the Entrant represents and warrants that he/she has obtained the consent of such person to the Giveaway Entities’ use of the Content Submission. Entrant may be required to supply such third-party written consent to the Giveaway Entities upon request. The Giveaway Entities reserve the right in their sole and unfettered discretion to disqualify any Content Submission that they believe is inappropriate or not suitable for publication, that does not comply with these official rules or that is not consistent with the spirit or theme of the Giveaway.  

4. SELECTION OF WINNERS: The Sponsor reserves the right to adjust or shut down the Giveaway at any time and has the right to investigate possible cheating or tampering before determining the winner. Sponsor will select the name of potential winners of prizes in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be selected at random. Winners will be announced and messaged on June 16th. If the winner does not respond 48 hours after being contacted, a new winner will be chosen randomly.  

Verification of Potential Winners: All potential winners are subject to verification by Sponsor whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. A participant is not a winner of any prize unless the participant’s eligibility has been verified by the Sponsor.  

5. PRIZES: Three (3) Randomly-selected winners will each be awarded one (1) prize (each, a “prize”) consisting of an Omaha Steaks E-Gift Card (“E-Gift Card”) for a total of $100. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: $100. The E-Gift Card will be delivered via email. 

Total ARV of all three (3) prizes: $300 Limit one (1) prize per person throughout the Giveaway. In no event will any winner’s prize exceed a value of $100.  

Any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of the prize not specifically stated herein are the responsibility of winner. Prize cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash; however, sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent prize substitutions (or substitute components of a prize) at sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize or components of a prize. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by sponsor, only the number of prizes stated in these official rules is available to be won in the Giveaway.  

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these official rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are all final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Sponsor, and its agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, telephone transmission problems, or garbled transmissions or miscommunications; computer or software malfunctions, or damage to user’s computer equipment (software or hardware); technical failures; or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise. Proof of sending or submission of entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.  

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any factor beyond sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by sponsor. If, for any reason, the Giveaway cannot be run as planned, sponsor may disqualify any suspect entries and/or (A) suspend the Giveaway and modify the Giveaway to address the impairment, then resume the Giveaway in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; and/or (B) terminate the Giveaway and award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment.  

WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM OR WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS GIVEAWAY OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY ANY INDIVIDUAL IT FINDS TO BE ATTEMPTING TO TAMPER WITH OR UNDERMINE THE ENTRY PROCESS, ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THE GIVEAWAY, AND/OR THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY; TO VIOLATE THE OFFICIAL RULES; OR TO ACT IN AN UNSPORTSMANLIKE OR DISRUPTIVE MANNER OR WITH THE INTENT TO ANNOY, ABUSE, THREATEN, OR HARASS ANY OTHER PERSON. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL, SUSPEND AND/OR MODIFY THE GIVEAWAY, OR ANY PART OF IT, IF ANY FRAUD, TECHNICAL FAILURES OR ANY FACTOR BEYOND SPONSOR’S REASONABLE CONTROL IMPAIRS THE INTEGRITY OR PROPER FUNCTIONING OF THE GIVEAWAY, AS DETERMINED BY SPONSOR. IF, FOR ANY REASON, THE GIVEAWAY CANNOT BE RUN AS PLANNED, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY SUSPECT ENTRIES AND/OR TERMINATE THE GIVEAWAY AND AWARD THE PRIZE AT RANDOM FROM AMONG THE ELIGIBLE, NON-SUSPECT ENTRIES RECEIVED UP TO THE TIME OF THE IMPAIRMENT.  

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS GIVEAWAY, INCLUDING THE PRIZE, IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY. CHECK LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.  

ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, INCLUDING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS GIVEAWAY NOT TO EXCEED FIFTY US DOLLARS (US$50.00), BUT IN NO EVENT ATTORNEYS’ FEES; AND (3) PARTICIPANT WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. 

8. RELEASES; PUBLICITY By participating in this giveaway, participant agrees that giveaway entities, Meta, Inc. (including Instagram), and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, website providers, web masters, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (the “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by participants against, any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including personal injury or death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of the prize, entry, or participation in this giveaway or in any giveaway-related activity, or any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy, or merchandise delivery. The Released Parties are not responsible if this giveaway cannot be administered or conducted or any prize cannot be awarded due to cancellations, delays, or interruptions resulting or arising from acts of god, war, or terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, supply shortages, natural disasters, weather, epidemics, pandemics, compliance with any law or order of a governmental authority, or any other similar act, event, or occurrence beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor. By participating in this giveaway, participant agrees that the Released Parties will not be responsible or liable for any injuries, damages, or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages to persons, including death, or to property arising out of access to and use of any website associated with this Giveaway or the downloading from and/or printing material downloaded from such site. Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes participant’s grant to Sponsor (which grant will be confirmed in writing on request of sponsor), and the Released Parties the right and permission to print, publish, broadcast, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times, the participant’s entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, opinions and biographical information (including but not limited to hometown and state) for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes without additional consideration, compensation, permission, or notification.  

9. DISPUTES. The Sponsor and participants agree that all disputes arising from the Giveaway shall be subject to the U-Haul Arbitration Agreement, which can be found at www.uhaul.com/arbitration/.  

10. SEVERABILITY: If any term or provision of these Official Rules is found under the law to be invalid or unenforceable, then such specific term or provision shall be of no force and effect and shall be severed, and the remainder of these Official Rules shall continue in full force and effect.  

11. PRIVACY: Information collected from participants is subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy, which can be found at privacy notice | U-Haul. Giveaway entities may use participants’ and/or referrals’ personal information submitted with entry for purposes of prize fulfillment.
