I purchased a second room and the person that set it up, forgot to click a button saying I wanted it to come out of my bank account. As a result, I arrived to find a lock on my storage room for nonpayment. When I went to pay it and find out what was going on, they showed, me the person who set it up, forgot to put it on auto pay. They proceeded to charge me a $15 late fee their incompetence.
