It's extremely crowded and was very difficult to navigate the parking lot and access to the storage unit. The staff is incredibly friendly, the unit itself was clean and gain access to-however, the location and how the parking lot and adjacent access to storage units was appalling. We witnessed both employees and customers pull in, unhook their trailers and just leave them in the middle of the drive. One truck was driven, stopped and just the worker walked out leaving the door open and left the truck-unmanned. It remained there for over an hour while we cleaned our unit. They need a better system. Staff is great, easy to reserve but facilities were rough.

Rhonda W | Overall ExperienceIt’s hard to get to or find units due to all the trucks and hitches in the way. There appears as if there an attempt to organize, but it fail miserably. The young man that helped us seemed to be busy typing on the computer that he never acknowledged that we were standing there. After a minute or two passed he asked did we want to rent a truck??? Once he started working with us he seemed more focused and tried diligently to assist us with finding a storage unit.

ARTIST S | Overall ExperienceCheckout was painful! I checked out online, and received a message that it would be processed in (i believe) 48 hours. A few days later I got a rent due notification. Looking at my app, I noticed that the rental was still active. Chat wasn't helpful, since I was simply directed to call the store. When I called the store, they had to "confirm that the unit was indeed vacated," even though I uploaded photos of the vacant unit as required by the app during checkout. Finally, the person I called needed his manager to back out the overdue rent, and I was told they'd call me back in 15 minutes. 2 hours later, when I did not get a call, I had to call back, and have the manager clear everything up! Not the most streamlined or efficient process!!
