This facility is excellent very clean. The workers are very helpful. The general manager Troy is amazing. He understands situations people go through including the workers they understand and they work with you. They do not want you to lose your stuff and they understand because we all are human and the world we living in today nothing is promising. We all go through up and downs, but we do get up. I will recommend U-Haul in storage on Fawn Pond Lane to Annie and everybody. These people showed that they care you can hear it and they voice over the phone and they show you in action when you show up there and that means a lot. I'm happy with my outcome. I'm happy of the communication, keeping me informed of my account. And this facility is always clean not just the office the storage areas inside the building the outside the trucks are lined up so neatly and professional looking. I don't have anything bad to say thank you U-Haul for being there for us, the walker family.

Someone had given someone access to my storage. I had asked the manger to call me back but no one ever called me back about my storage n what had happen. The lock I had bought for security was drilled out where the key part was so it was veryyy very disappointing that I was stolen from.
