There is always an issue here. Staff does make rounds daily like they are supposed to. Locks get left of units after payments are made. No apology or prorate. They say if you didn’t try to get access you didn’t need it. They allowed a stranger to have my lock cut off my unit last year. The stranger put a new lock on it and tried to ransom my belongings. I asked for video evidence and they refused. They just cut that lock off and gave me a new one. The new lock was not the required disc lock; I was told when they came in I would be given one and they key would be up front….never happened. Then later they put a lock on denying me access for having the wrong lock. There were no notes on my account. So I had to explain the incident all over again. Every staff member in the last 12 months has been rude, unhelpful, and belligerent. The manager & assistant will be in the office but saying they can’t help because they are leaving. There are always homeless people lingering all over the place, living in units. This is the slums of uhaul. I travel and move a lot of I’ve had storages all over the south east and this is the worst!!!

The lady that checked us in was awesome. She was very helpful and also quick with the process and she explained very detailed how the process works.
