Had i known my unit would be so dark, I would have chosen a different one. It was frustrating having to remember to bring a light all the time. The limited access hours were frustrating. I'd forget i needed something, realize at 930 pm, and not have enough time to rummage boxes in the dark with a flashlight. Just frustrating. And the alarm would go off pretty often. I've never seen anyone respond to it. The staff were super great and helpful. Everything was always clean (even the bathroom :)). Carts always in good working order and put away.

Laurie C | Overall ExperienceThe storage hours just changed, so they are better now, but I was there for three years and they opened too late and closed too soon. It really should be 24 hrs, but 5 am to 10 pm is better than 7 am to 7 pm. The place felt secured, but it needs better lighting in the storage units. It was hard to see in them. I stubbed my toe a few times. But beyond that, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful!
